A all white legal society let Elvis Presley date, rape and final marry a girl that was underage back in the 50's. Nothing was done, and little was said. And, the white piano player who sang the song Great Balls of Fire, was none to date underage girls-nothing said. I can' t recall his name at the momment.

i'll bet u if it were a catholic priest that had done this, there would be no trial since dick devine doesn't prosecute priests! instead, he would squash it and call it statute of limitations, and hope that other states don't prosecute and extradite like they have done with macquire!

I use to get all upset because this child molester has been getting away with this mess since the beginning of his career. The justice system is a joke when it comes to sentencing these preditors to prison.Where is Jesse Jackson? where is Al Sharpton? I havent heard a word from them about the injustice that r kelly has perpetrated on these little black girls. Dont tell me they are silent because he is black.Man they are so vocal when it comes to white folk hurting our black kids(ie jena six).
All of us need to be outraged and stand up for our children not just in this case but in all cases of child abuse, child rape, child molestation. Then we wonder why our children are so out of control maybe its because the adults wont stand up.The prosecuter Shauna Boliker seems to care about children it seems that it is more than just a job for her and for that I am grateful.I hope the jury will do the right thing and find this man guilty. But if they dont God will he will not get away with it either way.

** "Kelly, 41, is charged with child pornography for allegedly videotaping himself having sex with an underage girl." **

Why is it constantly referred to as "having sex with?" He p!ssed on her! When was that considered "having sex?"

Start the trial already and get this over with. Whether he's guilty or not is up to a jury. Taking years to get this to trial is a disgrace for the Cook County court system.

OMG! I just got a summons for jury duty! There's no way I'm giving up my personal life to suffer like the jurors on the OJ trial. What can I do now to guarantee I'm disqualified? I think I need to call an agent...

btw you can save that "presumed guilty" crap for the next fool who will buy it. This man has been at this for years and its time for cook county to take care of business. Enough is enough its time for justice to be served. If I am a "nut" for caring about the children in this country who are being violated, raped, molested, abused then yes I am a "nut" and I where that title proudly.

Let's face the facts. Judge Gaughan,
the girl, who is an adult now, and
her family has been bought and paid
for. Consider: How is that Kelly was
not brought to justice when this
alleged incident first occurred and
was permitted to travel and perform?
How is it that regardless of what he
is alleged to have done to that young
girl, when he shows-up at 26th &
California the girls and women do
every thing short of throwing their
housekeys and underwear at him.
Judge Gaughan, stop playing " let's
make a deal ", bring R. Kelly to trial, let the chips fall where they
may as to whether he " molested " the
then young girl or not. The whole mess is starting to stink more and
more with each delay.

You have proof of this? I'm sure the Cook county prosecuter would love to see your research. Oh and you are a judge as well AND the jury. I never said he was or wasnt guilty, because that is what a court of law is for you bible thumper. Go throw some more stones in your glass house you nut.

Just tell the judge you hate lawyers. And then, pointing to any of the lawyers in the room, say, "especially that one." You'll be out the door quicker than R. Kelly was prosecuted. Errr.. No, I mean quicker than you can spit.

Jerry Lee Lewis, and both he and Elvis married the girls, lived a life together with them and neither of them were stupid enough to make a video of it.
