So far, AEG Live has spent nearly £1m on experts to testify about Jackson’s financial condition, with £500,000 to Ackerman.

When MJ died he owed between £260m and £325m that had accumulated since 1993 despite him having paid a £20m annual interest fee.

This proves that MJ did have great earning potential which AEG can't deny.

If your great earning potential is met by interests up to 17% per annum, it is a paper tiger according to Ackerman's figures and facts.

MJ always managed to pay his annual interest because of his earning power. No bank will lend you millions unless it's confident that you can pay it back. I bet the banks not only loved MJ but miss him too. He did a lot for the American economy.

Read https://twitter.com/ABC7Courts Ackerman's deposition in court. MJ didnt get any credit from 2007 on because it was impossible to pay off the interest. Banks are not interested to burn their money down the drain (although there are exceptions...)banks dont love you anyway, they love your money.

he was actually over $800,000 in debt when he died. This is the freak whose floons said was the "richest man in the universe". he wasn't earning enough to pay the interest. he didn't even own a house to live in! the freak was living in rented houses, which he turned into filthy stinking hovels with his disgusting habits.

Michael Jackson paid $100,000 a month in rent for this little shack. That's not bad for a pauper. It bet it's better than what your live in.

Ackerman's court deposition is weak. AEG got him on the cheap.

Jig the numbers around as much as you like to make them balance. Which ever way they are, they still prove that MJ had great earning potential and power. Even in death he is making more money that any other dead singer. What a man!

Actually according to the last Estate report this year the numbers have gone down. From 2018 on the catalogue will revert back to Lennon/mccartney piece for piece so Branca will have the probate until then surely.

It doesn't matter because MJ's earning potential is great even when dead.

McCartney has to wait many more years for the rest of the catalogue songs and he may not live to have them all:-(

It simply means that the money will go piece for piece to the lennon/McCartney estate instead of MJ estate at this point in 2018 onwards. It will be interesting indeed as the Lennon estate/mccartney is not bound in a trust as the New Horizon Trust is which has to pay all creditors off first.

Michael Jackson owed this debt because of his spending habits. He thought he Beatle catalogue money was going to last forever but when the copyright due dates came in they were suppose to go back to the heirs of Lennon and McCartney himself. Michael did fraud on the Beatle cataloge. Hiding a Lennon unknown heiress to the world. A Lennon love child that Lennon wanted to receive his money when he died. Yoko got Michael to do her dirty work. Well September 2013 could be the big Nuclear Bomb revelation that Dr. Conrad Murray is talking about. AEG knows this. Hope this week they reveal this in the AEG trial but don't know for sure. If not in the trial right after the verdict of this trial. Get ready world for John Lennon tributes all over the world for John and his love child daughter. Even North Korea is getting ready for tourism and wants to be friends with the United States! Yes the love child daughter of John is American born and raised in the USA. Soon to become one of the wealthiest women in the world!
