They have worked with other big names. Murray's enabler behavior killed MJ and put a stop to this is it. They have a good case and will set a precedent for others to sue. Bwahahahaha
Dr. Murray is guilty of poor judgment and misplaced trust, nothing else. That poor judgment and misplaced trust failed to protect him from a lowlife drug addict named Michael Jackson, who, as we all know, was playing Russian roulette with his own life, and was never going to stop until he got his drug fix.

You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink. If Murray had contacted people to help Michael, he would have found another drug dealer, with an MD, after his or her name.
As a doctor Murray was aware that drug addiction is a chronic, often relapsing brain disease that causes compulsive drug seeking and use, despite harmful consequences to the drug addict and those around them. Drug addiction is a brain disease because the abuse of drugs leads to changes in the structure and function of the brain.

Murray had a duty of care do provide help for MJ instead of exploiting the situation.

Murray was guilty of negligence of his duty of care. It's a pity that he wasn't charged with murder for knowingly having gone beyond the boundaries of his duty of care.

Just like for individuals who know their illegal actions will cause a fatality. They are called murderers.

There is no evidence outside of the opinions expressed by the prosecution that Murray was the one who accidentally administered the lethal dose of propofol into Jackson's body. There is also virtually no information on exactly how the police conducted the investigation or how exactly they tested the equipment or the circumstances they were tested under.

You still haven't explained how a heavily sedated Jackson was able to make a phone call to Dr. Murray, despite Conrad traveling all the way back to his LA home. If Jackson was capable of maintaining consciousness, despite being under the influence of propofol and other drugs, then what makes you so sure that Jackson hadn't self-administered himself hours earlier, before Murray administered the safe and legal dosage.

There is no way in the world that MJ could have self administered that fatal dose, he was knocked out by Murray. BTW Murray lived with MJ, he was broke and in debt. It was revealed in the autopsy report documentary that Murray had pumped MJ up with barbiturates as well as propofol. There is no way MJ could have done anything except die.

Your admission that MJ never administered the fatal does is helpful. Thank you.

Inwhat way could you possibly construe that to be a definitive conclusion, racist slob?

Again it seems necessary to remind you that it's only the police/prosecution's highly biased opinion that Murray was responsible for the accidental overdose. To this date, there has never been any independent evidence that Murray was responsible for accidentally administering a lethal dose to Jackson.

Undoubtedly, that is a hard fact that you and your ignorant cronies will eventually have to swallow, just like you will eventually have to swallow the harsh reality that Jackson was a massive drug addict who was on a downward spiral of self-pity and depression and was talking about his own death.

As long as you stupidly and obstinately refuse to face the facts, those who support Murray will be obliged to remind you of them.

There was plenty of evidence of Murray supplying and administering drugs to MJ as well as recording MJ while he was out to it.

There is evidence of a LOT of doctors supplying and administering drugs to him. Sometimes he got his drugs under other people's names.

I'll remind you, again, Michael was a drug addict.

Murray got drugs under other names too. Doctors that do this should lose their licence. Their actions are not MJ's blame.

Drug pushers with MD's should have their licenses taken away. But that does not successfully sidestep the fact Michael was ultimately responsible for his own drug addiction.

MJ sought help from a doctor. That was being responsible unfortunately, Murray was the irresponsible one.

I'm not excusing Murray, for letting himself be hired by a drug addict, to be a drug pusher. But unlike you, I won't let Michael off the hook for his own drug habit because he was responsible for that.

Not when doctors turned him into one. Prescription drugs are prescribed by doctors.
