I did hear Conrad was going do some kind of media blitz to clear his name, mainly to say "look this man was desperate". This is gonna be very interesting... also the Jackson family shouldn't have been surprised. They themselves didn't think Conrad should've served "a lot of time" in jail but they only say what fits them on the day and the week. So Jermaine's comments are moot, as they always are.

<quoted text>Dr Murray went into panic because Jacko was already gone. It wouldn't have mattered if he called 911. And while true that Murray tried in vain to cover his tracks, he was under a lot of stress because the clown was dead. It had to be a shock to Murray when it he realized that reality. I think Murray did show remorse in court but knew that Jacko was hopeless and was going to die anyway because of all the drugs he took for many, many years. Why would Murray blame himself for that? He knew Jacko was a drug addict and even taped audio proof from his cell phone. We've all heard it. Michael Jackson was messed up and overdosed many times before June 25th 2009. The court obviously agrees because if they didn't, Murray would be in prison for a long, long time. He is getting out real soon, isn't he?
MJ was under a lot of stress from the amount of shows AEG had made him commit to but you delight in his tragic death and are compassionate toward a man whose job is to save lives instead of abandoning them. I will never trust a man that records his victim like some serial killer.

I think it was a good idea that Dr Conrad Murray recorded a drugged up Michael Jackson on his cell phone. It gave him a clue of what he was dealing with. He should've ended his treatment of Michael Jackson and played the recording to his family but it probably would not have done anything. Wacko would've just fired Conrad and would've gotten someone else to give him his Propofol. Murray does have his clients that still want him back as their doctor.

He has to be very careful. Perhaps, he can disguise himself when he goes out.

The creep had no intention of helping and treating MJ ever!

According to Michael himself, he was very pleased with Dr Murray's services and Conrad was allowed to even treat Prince, Paris and Blanket. So, just because Michael died, it does not change the fact that MJ thought Murray was a caring physician. Why do suppose that was? I highly doubt Conrad Murray ever remotely acted like a psychopath. He got out of jail on early release because he was deemed a model prisoner.

MJ would never had said that if he had known that the creep had been violating him by recording him in such a defenceless state.

I bet MJ's children don't think Murray is a good person.

If he hadn't recorded him, you'd be calling him a liar. Besides, I think Conrad recorded him to get an idea what he was dealing with to help him slowly get off the drugs. Without them, MJ could not sleep. Murray did not take the tape to the media so I doubt that Murray had any intent of violating his trust. Of course, Prince, Paris and Blanket are going to dislike Dr Murray. That is because of The Jacksons trashing Murray for killing Michael. But they neglect to say that none of the family were welcome to be in MJ's presence. They were not around when Conrad Murray was treating him. The kids were just too young to grasp what was going on. Anyway, Michael liked Dr Murray otherwise, he would not have been anywhere Michael. Murray was probably very kind and helpful. He made a mistake of agreeing to give him a deadly drug that Michael requested and begged for.

Murray had been recording MJ out to it for his own devious reasons which had a lot to do with helping himself to financial gain. Of course Murray never took the recording to the media because he had no intention of self incriminating himself. That recording sent Murray to prison.

MJ could not sleep and Murray knew that propofol was not a sleeping drug yet chose to administer the it despite knowing that it was a dangerous drug that would not fix MJ's insomnia. Murray made sure that no one was around when he administered his propofol because he wanted to get away with his crime. Murray was never a kind and helpful person otherwise he would have used contraception instead of having created unwanted children all over the place.

Everybody that works does it because they want money. It is obvious that MJ thought Dr Murray was a caring physician that tried to do what Michael wanted because he needed to sleep in order to do his rehearsals for his upcoming engagement. I do not believe it was anything devious. Murray was stuck between a rock and a hard place. It was either do what his boss asked or be fired.

I do not think Murray's children has anything to do with Murray being in the medical field. People are different and I guess Murray has made a lot of mistakes in his life. Just because he has had children with multiple different women, it does not mean that he wants to be a dead beat dad. He'll have to catch up on his child support. I'm glad I never had that problem.

As a medical practitioner Murray would have had the knowledge and free access to contraception which he chose not to do. Murray was aware that propofol would not treat MJ's insomnia but still gained access to the drug and secretively administered it. Murray was aware of the risks associated with the drug and still continued to administer it.

Murray's actions demonstrate a personality disorder with psychopathic tendencies. He is not fit to hold a position as a doctor and should never be allowed to be in such a responsible job. He has no respect nor regard for life.

I can't understand why Octo should delight in the death of any person let alone MJ.

Murray's audio recording of MJ proves what a loving and caring person he was. It is also evidence that MJ was no pedophile.

I do not delight in Michael Jackson's death. I just do not think that Dr Murray should take the full blame. Murray's audio recordings prove that Michael was hopelessly addicted to drugs and was of no condition to be starting an engagement of 50 shows. Dr Murray should have put him in a hospital.
