The Germans, Russians, English, Finnish, Spanish, etc. basically all European ethnicities have had or have a great history of war. The best of the Europeans I would say is Germans. They basically fought by themselves in the World War's, being the only superpower on the Axis side. Not to mention they were very intelligent and they had Hitler.
