LIES. Quote where I have JUDGED a woman about her hair?? One poster said she does NOT care what BM think about her natural hair & I supported her because BW should NOT to be pressured too permanently change their hair for society. Are BM pressured to do this?? No they are NOT.<quoted text>
I don't need a lesson from you on my personal growth. You think I would come to this forum for self growth? ha! Don't make me laugh.
As far as focusing on what others are doing, I've done no such thing. In fact, you are the one focusing on womens hairstyles and actually going so far as to place judgment on them. You also refuse to call bm out for not wearing their naps but yet the first ones to talk about bw who choose not to. One would think you'd have no desire to speak on such a thing.
Now if that's not focusing on others to the point of neglecting yourself, I don't know what is.
You are the one who has openly admitted that 'naps' are undesirable & women should change them which doesn't help counter the beliefs that Black hair is bad hair. If so many BW do this, it just reinforces natural hair is bad hair for BW & this is NOT TRUE. You believe this & you want society to believe this as well. BP need to have forward thinkin' & this begins with self empowerment, something you do not want Blacks to focus on. All you want is for Blacks too focus on what is going in society or better yet remain distracted by BS such as what is trendy, who has the most social status or money, who celebrities are dating. How does worrying about these things benefit us??
