That said, I have to ask: since when is negative male behavior something only Black men exhibit? Thankfully, the Black woman who will sit quietly when something needs to be said is a rare creature.

After everything Black women have endured over the past several hundred years, does anyone really believe they'll put up with being treated poorly within their own communities? While I applaud them for standing up for themsleves in a way women of other ethnicities commonly do not, threads like this do nothing to change things. You teach people how to treat you. If the ladies could stand together against poor behavior by men, things would change quickly. But it takes action; the sort of whining I see in this and other threads is just a pitiful way of avoiding the hard work necessary to effect change.

When you have standards that you are living up to yourself, you will want to attract a mate of the same type of qualities. Having the same morals and values too is a big help.

Yes, SOME are worth dating. Not all guys period are all nice and spice. It's not because of the color of their skin or their nationality that makes them worthy or not but their personalities and whether or not you are physically attracted to them by your OWN taste. Not all "black" guys are useless. There are some decent ones out there. It may be hard to find, but if you stop worrying about the size of their d_cks and check out the size of their brains, then maybe you wouldn't have to ask this question. Some of them don't keep up with their hygiene....oh myyyy dear god (who I don't know for sure exist)!!! Some of them have no respect for themselves or life itself. Hell the majority of suicides in this country are committed by middle aged "WHITE" males. That surely isn't respecting life or anyone in it apparently. I'm speaking of the American Caucasian males of course. Anyway, everytime you judge the entire group of a particular people, then there will be one judging YOU and the entire group that YOU are in just because of a few rotten eggs.

Are they worth dating? Why bother with something overall if it doesnt like you? For one if all Hispanic women didnt like me or treated me bad I wouldnt spend my time hunting them down as I do..but if someone or somebody doesnt like you, dont go where you aint wanted.

Besides what I have read hte issue lies in that many of my fellow sistas fail to see other races. You omnly see what you have around you, and if thats thugs you think all are like that plian and simple. While that can be mostly true due to SES as with everything else that is not always the case.

The question you mut ask yourself is is it really worth it to you to go through all the bad to find your one shining prince?

Also though some of oyu may have grown up aroundnothing but black men, I do not understand why all these movies make it out like a black woman refuses to date interacially..I am sorrybut it makes you all seem stupid for sticing to just one think all the time if man of them do not want oyu.

Personal preference is fine and all..but how can you say you dont like something else if you havent tried it? I respect more the person that can tell me they have tried other races but prefer "such and such", than the person that is 'PRO-BLAKC POWER" "Whites are evil" "I want a thug" or on the extree end of Pro-Black that I see man Black women in the ghettos have.
