My older sister is married to a a mixed race man and she is also mixed race herslef with both of them being half black and white. I am wondering if anybody here is a product of two biracial parents like my neice and nephew and what do you consider yourself. They are what you call second generation Biracial or multigenerational biracial like alot of hispanics and creoles.

My mom parents were both mixed with black/white/cherokee, but her and her sibling married all BASICALY black people so, so me, my brotha, and my cousins, all consider ourselves black, my father's gene's were dominant in me, but some of my cousins have what some people judge by European standards good hair and light eyes,

I also consider myself biracial/black. I mean i guess it all depends on how the mix people childrens look like. like me I'm about Alicia keys skin color with the same type of curly hair. I have dark eyes and hair like my dad. But i have two siblins who have my moms green eyes. And also two with her golden dark blonde hair. Except my others sister has kinda dark blonde natural straight hair with green eyes.

Naw, sweethert, they are black. What do you thunk black is. By what you are saying, I would be mixed.

My great grandparents were mixed, so thatmeans my grandparents would be mixed and then my parents, so what would that make me. And all those who are descendants between a slave and a slave master, there off springs would be mixed and then so on. In a sence you are right cause being black in itself is mixed. So you are black

If your grandparents where mix then your black.

-My mother is black/german/english
-And my father is black/italian
-which means i'm also biraical.

My mom dont have black features. She had golden blonde with green eyes. My father look more hispanic with his dark eyes and hair. So you know if the have children, theres no where in hell the kids are going to look black. But I consider myself black others consider me biracial.

The thing I'm getting at is technically black americans are tri-racial, but we are black.
So all that mixed and biracial stuff, thats fine and dandy but its still black %100

i am not talking about your grandparents or african americans admixture i am talking about what my niece and nephew will be considered in terms of bloodline. someone who has a great great great white grandmother is totally different from someone who has two white grandparents and two black grandparesnts, i didn't even post this to ask what race they are, they are mixed race and that is what they are, no matter what anybody considers them, also you need to stop all that talk about all americans are mixed because you only say that to justify your one drop rule so people who are multigerational mixed cannot call themselves mixed. in cuba, dominica, cape verde and many more countries, there are multigerational mulattos who do identify as such. if a mulatto breeds with a black person and then the offsprings keep breeding with blacks, then of course all the decendents would be black, but in my sisters case, it is different because she married another biracail person like her, so if two mixed people marry each other, then the children are mixed, the same way if two whites have a child together, the child is white, or if two chinese have a child together and so on. what about if two half irish and half english people have a child together, what is your anser for this one. go figure.

Actually african americans are predominately african, they are not half white, in general they are only about 15 p0er cent admixture blood, so i wouldn't consider them mixed. to me, if you are 25 per cent-50 per cent then you are mixed, in my neice and nephews case, they are 50/50 and their parents are 50/50, so your theory doesn't make sense.

Everthing you just said doesn't make sense, you are sayiong you are half nlack and white and then saying you are black and then you say i am all black, i am mixed with a white father and black mother and i am not american, i am african british.

Okay My parents are both product of mixed race, and me to, my mom is filipino /Italian and my dad is filipino/ black, so I would say I am tri-racial, but I consider myself as filipino, because I am a filipino citizen born and race there, and plus I look more filipino! I will not say I am black if I dont look like black, I will noy say I am italian and I dont look likt italian, I love both black and Italian race but it's just I was born in the philipiness I love all the blood race that runs through my vains and I am proud of it.
