No ID means:
No credit card
No checking account
No Bars
No Clubs
No Car
No Driving
No traveling
Not a student
No working for a corporation
No buying cigarettes or alcohol
Can’t get prescriptions
Can’t buy numerous over the counter meds
Never staying at a hotel
No renting an apartment
Can’t get admitted into a hospital
No getting married
Can’t cash a check
Can’t apply for welfare
You also can’t get food stamps
So these people are poor, but they are not on food stamps or welfare. They NEVER need prescription medication. They don’t smoke OR drink, they also use cold hard cash for everything. They also apparently don’t go anywhere or do anything aside from wanting to vote…yeah…creepy lol.

The "right to vote" is expressly mentioned in five Amendments to the U.S. Constitution. These five Amendments limit the basis upon which the right to vote may be abridged or denied:

14th Amendment (1868): Regarding apportionment of Representatives.

15th Amendment (1870): "The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude."

19th Amendment (1920): "The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex."

23rd Amendment (1961): provides that residents of the District of Columbia can vote for the President and Vice-President.

24th Amendment (1964): "The right of citizens of the United States to vote in any primary or other election for President or Vice President, for electors for President or Vice President, or for Senator or Representative in Congress, shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or any State by reason of failure to pay any poll tax or other tax."

26th Amendment (1971): "The right of citizens of the United States, who are eighteen years of age or older, to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of age."

You cant use US constitution to defend not having an ID…sorry

Marching/protesting is part of your rights, but you often require a permit to do it. To get that permit you need a…license lol.

Second Amendment right says that it is my constitutional right to bear arms, but not only do I need to present ID before purchasing a firearm, I also need to have the firearm registered.
There is also a less direct rights, such as Freedom of Movement that also require IDs

Thus there are direct and indirect rights that require you and I to present ID, but only presenting IDs while voting bothers you huh?

I'm not going to sit here and allow you to defend the disenfranchisement of American Citizens simply because it's the only way Republicans can win elections.

It's disgusting and the Republicans behind this un-American ploy needs to get rounded up and tarred & feathered.

I voted for Obama last time and I am I am still open to doing it again. I would be completely ok with us enabling some program where all people who make under 20k get a issued a free photo ID. I just don’t understand the argument about having the IDs present while voting. There really isn’t one, they are dirt cheap and they do not infringe on constitutional rights any more than presenting a driver’s license before boarding a plane.

Oh no Ranter please don't vote for that anti-white SOB again.

I know Romney isn't much but at least he's not anti-white.

And Holder will still be Attorney General.

The next President will decide whether the court stays conservative or goes back to liberal.

This next election is the most important one of our lifetime. I truly believe that.

McLame killed it for me last time with the whole “We are all Georgians” speech. Cold War is fcken over and I don’t want my country to have another excuse to spend billions of our tax dollars on air superiority fighters which will not kill a single fcken terrorist.

Just once I want to vote for a guy that I see as a leader and not as a pile of sht that stinks less.

YOu can't use the Constitution to support REQUIRING ID, esepcially when it's used to violate the equal protection clause.

But you can demand a photo ID and the applicant's SS number to get a fricking fishing license? I voted with no ID, but had to show who I am and hand over my SS number to fish? What's wrong with that picture?

Where in the constitution does it say you have the right to fish? It doesn't and the point you made only goes to prove that the government is over reaching and intrusive without cause.

American's should have never allowed the government to demand ID's and SS numbers simply to go fishing just like American's should have never allowed the government to water down our right to bear arms. We allow the government to do these things to you and I becuase they use fear tactics that seem to make sense at the time but in doing so, we give up your own rights & liberties for a false sense of security or assurance.

Look what the patriot act did to you and I. Now at the time, we were all shitting in our pants and boy the government took full advantage of us with that colored threat meter that had the nation on edge. They passed the patriot act and if you didn't agree with it at the time then you were un-American or not a patriot. The government is doing the same shit to you and I today except we're being told that we need to abridge our right to vote because the illegals are taking over or that rampant voter fraud is occurring. This is absurd, rampant voter fraud & illegals are not taking over shit but makes for a good sales pitch and unfortunately there are Americans who are not smart enough to see that when you abridge the right to vote, you take democracy away from US Citizens.

Now that has to be the most un-American thing we as a Nation can do to our own people.
