Why do white men like boyish figures and black guys go for womenly figures?

No but the WW and AW he was talking about sure aren't known for shaking their asses, weaves, being single mothers majority of the time, and having marriage rates that are far out of proportion to all other women.

Clearly the boyish body women have alot more, and alot less at the same time (no out of wedlock kids) to offer.
