I still tend to see the British variations as the right ones because of that.

Obviously English was the original one and that's what we speak. Someone said that White Americans look better? not true, if you actually go to America, you'll see that the amount of obese people is, frankly, alarming. When you see Americans on TV they are always made to look perfect but in reality they are far from it. Having said that, I like Americans...except when they say stuff like "you have an accent" which is just retarded because everyone has an accent.
