That is, the Sun weighs about 332,950 times the Earth's weight.

The Sun is constantly losing mass. Our closest star is shedding material through the solar wind, coronal mass ejections and by simply generating light. As the burning giant begins a new solar cycle, it continues to lose about 6 billion kilograms (that’s approximately 16 Empire State Building’s worth) of mass per second. This may seem like a lot, but when compared with the total mass of the Sun (of nearly 2×1030 kilograms), this rate of mass loss is miniscule. However small the mass loss, the mass of the Sun is not constant.

So does this mean the sun will darken over time?

That means that our sun sheds:

960 Empire State Building’s masses per minute

57,600 Empire State Building’s masses per hour

1,382,400 Empire State Building’s masses per day

41,472,000 Empire State Building’s masses per 30-day month

504,576,000 Empire State Building’s masses per year

That's what scientists predict.
But not before it starts to become a red giant in approx 5 billion years. Believers in the biblical God don't accept those predictions.

Yeah, because in the bible it says that the sun will darken, the moon will loose its shin and the stars will fall. It is stated in Matthew 24:29 and Joel 3:15 says the sun will darken and the stars will no longer glow. Maybe the sun will darken earlier than what scientist predict.

Do you understand everything in Revelation literally?

That Bible passage is a bit redundant since the moon would automatically lose it's shine if the sun darkened since that is it's only source of light.

The following is in reference to our sun as illustrated in the Wiki chart.

1 1/2 billion years for warming to start

5 1/2 half billion years to reach its red giant stage

1 billion years in red giant stage

1 billion years in the planetary nebula stage

3 billion years in the white dwarf stage

We have more to fear from global warming and the collapse of the ozone layer than we do from a decay in the earth's orbit or an extinguishing of sunlight.

Less mass = less gravity.
