Nehemiah 13:25-27 (King James Version)<quoted text>
Thanks for the post!
25And I contended with them, and cursed them, and smote certain of them, and plucked off their hair, and made them swear by God, saying, Ye shall not give your daughters unto their sons, nor take their daughters unto your sons, or for yourselves.
26Did not Solomon king of Israel sin by these things? yet among many nations was there no king like him, who was beloved of his God, and God made him king over all Israel: nevertheless even him did outlandish women cause to sin.
27Shall we then hearken unto you to do all this great evil, to transgress against our God in marrying strange wives?
The Book of Tobit 4:12 Beware of all whoredom, my son, and chiefly take a wife of the seed of thy fathers, and take not a strange woman to wife, which is not of thy father's tribe: for we are the children of the prophets, Noe, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob: remember, my son, that our fathers from the beginning, even that they all married wives of their own kindred, and were blessed in their children, and their seed shall inherit the land.
Isaiah 13:14 (King James Version)
14And it shall be as the chased roe, and as a sheep that no man taketh up: they shall every man turn to his own people, and flee every one into his own land.
Miriam when she spoke against Moses with Aaron about marring a Cushite woman. Numbers 12:9"And the anger of the LORD was kindled against them; and he departed." Verse 10:"And the cloud departed from off the tabernacle; and, behold, Miriam became leprous, white as snow: and Aaron looked upon Miriam, and, behold, she was leprous." Verse 11:"And Aaron said unto Moses, Alas, my lord, I beseech thee, lay not the sin upon us, wherein we have done foolishly, and wherein we have sinned." Verse 12:"Let her not be as one dead, of whom the flesh is half consumed when he cometh out of his mother's womb." She was restored after seven days. But to what skin color? Would there be laws guiding us about leprosy if Israel was a nation of so called white people? The obvious answer is NO! The children of Israel are not white but people of dark skin color (so called blacks).
Exodus 4:6"And the LORD said furthermore unto him (Moses), Put now thine hand into thy bosom. And he put his hand into his bosom: and when he took it out, behold, his hand was leprous as snow." Verse 7:"And he said, Put thine hand into thy bosom again. And he put his hand into his bosom again; and plucked it out of his bosom, and, behold, it was turned again as his other flesh." It would not be a miracle to change Moses hand to white skin color if he was already white.
