In Genesis 2:8-17. The Tigris-Euphrates is mentioned. Plus, the river with four heads is also mentioned. That is the River Nile which goes through the Heart of Africa all the way to Lake Victoria past Uganda to Zimbabwe, where there is bdellium, better spelled as beryllium one of the components in the nuclear bomb. From there, the boundary stretches to Madagascar where the onyx stone is found. From there it goes back up to the Tigris-Euphrates and includes all of Ethiopia and the Arabian Peninsula. So, altogether, it includes at least over half of Africa. And when you look at the people who live in that area, they all have one thing in common, various versions and offshoots of he Arabic language. Arabic is the language the GOD has always spoken to mankind in. This is stated many times in The Quran.
Here is the Passage from the Bible:
"8 Now the Lord God had planted a garden in the east, in Eden; and there he put the man he had formed. 9 The Lord God made all kinds of trees grow out of the ground—trees that were pleasing to the eye and good for food. In the middle of the garden were the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.
"10 A river watering the garden flowed from Eden; from there it was separated into four headwaters. 11 The name of the first is the Pishon; it winds through the entire land of Havilah, where there is gold. 12 (The gold of that land is good; aromatic resin[a] and onyx are also there.) 13 The name of the second river is the Gihon; it winds through the entire land of Cush.[b] 14 The name of the third river is the Tigris; it runs along the east side of Ashur. And the fourth river is the Euphrates.
"15 The Lord God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and take care of it. 16 And the Lord God commanded the man,“You are free to eat from any tree in the garden; 17 but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for when you eat from it you will certainly die.”"

Eden was part of a myth. Who cares? Those moldy stories are really limited anyway.

Okay. Let me dumb this down for you:

Genesis 2:13

Contemporary English Version (CEV)

13 The second is the Gihon River that winds through Ethiopia.( http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/... )

Now, you see why I call people like you "dumb"?

10 A river watering the garden flowed FROM Eden; from there it was separated into four headwaters. 11 The name of the first is the Pishon; it winds through the entire land of Havilah, where there is gold. 12 (The gold of that land is good; aromatic resin[d] and onyx are also there.) 13 The name of the second river is the Gihon; it winds through the entire land of Cush.[e] 14 The name of the third river is the Tigris; it runs along the east side of Ashur. And the fourth river is the Euphrates.

It says these were the waters that flowed FROM Eden, not to Eden or through Eden.

You finally said something that is almost intelligent. So I will respond to it.

The Nile River runs FROM the heart of Africa. Remember the discussion I had with about translating the Scriptures over time? Well, this is an example from the Bible. If you read these Verses very carefully and consider the time factor involved, you will see that Eden is at least roughly equivalent to Africa.

The4 Nile River is not going to go very far from where it is now and from where it has always been. But no matter how dumb you may be, Verse 13 says "Cush". "Cush" is always translated as Ethiopia. Ethiopia has always been in Africa, plus at least most of Arabia.

Come on, now. I know that cannot be too hard for even you to understand. Eden=Africa. All science say that mankind started in Ethiopia. But, when we see it in the Bible, all of a sudden we think, "well, err, the Bible is a myth." How can it be a "myth" when it gives so much scientifically accurate information even before science knows it? For example, the old translations say "bedellium". They spelled it wrong because they had no idea what "bdellium" meant. But around 1828 or 1829, a scientific discovered beryllium. Beryllium had been in the Bible for at least 2,000 years before modern scientists figured out what it is.

I ain't seen no articled you linked me to.

It never said "four rivers". It said four heads to a river. If you look at a map, you will see that River Nile has four heads. But most lying map makers try to make it look like five heads. Who do you believe? the white man making maps or GOD? The Nile River has four heads. Believe it.

Of course, it is also possible over 2-3,000 years for the heads of the river to make some minor changes. Use your brain if you have one.

Actually, science says it's not sure and recent discoveries might suggest otherwise. It's always an ongoing thing.

Oh, PLEASE! The Tigris-Euphrates is when you cross over Suez into Sinai into the Arabian Peninsula on the other side of Irag. The Tigris-Euphrates is the northernmost boundary. The Nile leads to Lake Victoria which is the southern boundary.
