The real purpose of this thread...:)
It was probably the OP's purpose, but the facts still remain..BP do show a different attitude when there is a thread made in "honor" of light women vs one made for dark BW..so I'm curious why people feel the need to be "bias"..especially if there is no hate involved...

Yet women rushed on a thread expressing their preference for light skinned men when the thread is about light women.

Go figure, how things goes on topix.

Everyone need to chill this is a troll thread and only a few of us decided to have fun on it.

I have no problem with preferences. People like what they like. Even if it is for shallow reasons such as wanting their child to look a certain way.

It's just to be honest. Darker Black women do catch a lot of flack. Maybe if more people stood up for them in the past. Feelings or attitudes would be different today.

At the end of the day, a beautiful woman is a beautiful woman.

I'm sure there is. Just as clearly as there is a large very vocal segment of blacks who have a problem with bm liking dark women...even knowing that most men do prefer light skin. Those comments are probably trying to balance the hatred dark bw get in other segments, when they by and large are not defended from racist remarks. Light skin bw are simply not attacked separately for their skin like dark bw are..this is fact. So, for those making those politically correct remarks ..I guess they are attempting to do what little they can to stem the skin tone hate.

My preference is BW, whether they're light, medium or dark. Bw have sex appeal.

Everybody is relaxed..it's a discussion.. I notice people don't react the same to threads by for darker BW vs...lighter women..I'm curious about it..nothing more..

And that's my point. No one can deny that dark bw do get a lot of hatred for being dark. Whether she's decent looking or not decent looking will not change the flack. It's very silly to pretend that is not the reason some people feel obligated to make politically correct statements about dark bw..many feel they don't want to feed in to hate by professing their attractions to light skin (although they should feel free to express what they like without flack).

We must was posting at the time. I explained my reason below. I knew what was up and I posted on purpose with a mission to interrupt. Men like what they like and most men prefer my chocolate tone and we all know chocolate mixes well with all the browns. All kidding aside, I really don't have time to worry about that mess. I'm just having fun...:)

We should be tired of all the dividing threads...

understood..however..the reversal can take place...if every time a man express a preference for lighter women..others try to "guilt-trip" him..if there is no insult towards darker BW..I really don't see why people cannot let others have their preferences in peace.

People should not feel obligated to make political correct statements, imho..when there is no hate towards another group involved..or else..there is simply trying to "bully" men out of their preferences if they don't fit the bill..

LOL yeah the brothas do love you :)
and it's not really important to me as well....just curious why people feel the need to do that still..when it's obvious BM prefer darker women "as much" because most BW are dark..BP shouldn't feel the need to react when some prefer lighter women..especially lighter BW..because they are Black too..oh well

If this was directed at me. All of my gfs have been dark skinned. But I still appreciate the beauty of light skinned black women.

But that's just it....preferences are honestly personal and a private matter. People can only ask for peace, when they are peaceful. Stating preferences on a hate filled site isn't going to garner peace. Stating you don't like dark butts isn't going to get a peaceful response..neither is blurting out during an interview dark bw shouldn't wear red lipstick going to cause peace and love feelings from people. How are you professing your attraction for another but talking about someone else constantly? It makes no sense whatsoever.

I actually think light bw should be more offended than dark bw when these guys spread hate in their name to be quite frank. Because lots of times they aren't thinking about light skinned bw either..they just want something to hide behind while they spread hate and they pick the group cared least about. I don't reward that..preferences for one are really personal..no need for declarations..but if one chooses to declare it they should practice diligence and consider the environment..why attempt to hurt others because of what you may like..how arrogant to me. Assuming that dark bw or light bw are wanting them in the first place is really comical.

But attractions in a lot of ways are political. That is why people should practice a general rule of keeping their preferences to themselves. People will see what you like because they will see who you are with. For me, I express my preferences when I'm around those I prefer. It's not hard. You don't come to a black site and state your preference for ww and then complain you aren't treated fairly. So, in the spirit of unity (since we all seem to be tired of the disunity) you don't come on to a site for all blacks and separate them by skin and exalt your preference above all others...like we all supposed to give a sh!t and stop what we are doing because of your preference.
