My first time traveling to another country was back in 1989. That was Tokyo,Japan.the second time going there was to visit with a Japanese girlfriend I've met while living in Hawaii. Been to 52 countries since. My 53rd country will be S. Korea later this year and I'm staying at a residence.
I've dated, have female friends from all the counties I've been to.
Dated and have friends from over a dozen of females from countries I have not yet been to. Many I've known for more than 15yrs.
The Internet has made it more convenient to keep in touch with everyone. Took at least 2 weeks to receive a letter from anyone back then.i was using Skype long before most in the U.S. knew what it was. I met an Austalian woman in a Singapore hostel over five years ago. She sends me a jar of her family's home grown certified organic bee honey every Christmas. Friends who are flight attendants from TAM,,Singapore,Cathay,Swiss,Br itish Air I try to visit when they have a long layover in one of the U.S. gateway cities.
All of the woman I travel with are not from the U.S..
It would be very difficult to find a race of women that don't like a black man.
Same goes for any race or female.

And I still don't see the big deal. It is what it is.
Don't see why it's so difficult to understand.
I keep saying people need to leave the U.S and see the world. Go deep.....beyond the tourist areas.Get away from the computer,websites,links,etc..
Visit and get to know them

Wow and you forgot to mention the Indian princess that you were dating that you met while floating in a boat down the Nile in Egypt or what about the Russian woman who fell in love with you as you both climbed the Swiss Alp??? And I can't understand why you didn't mention your Arabic girlfriend that you met when flying over the Himalayas??? It's more believable if you don't smear your B.S. on so thick, LMAO!!!!!!!!!

No big deal. Its probably not believable because you are not familiar with airline jobs. And you don't know me. If you think that's crazy ask other airline F/As,pilots,or aircraft mechanics who is not married and no kids what they do with their travel benefits.
I didn't mentioned anything like what you posted because it wouldn't be true. I have a girlfriend of over nine years. She's on my D1 companion pass.
You travel and meet people. You work for an airline you will have friends in other airlines. It's like one big community.
It's common for me to ask a coworker to go to Rio for the weekend or Hong Hong for shopping. It's easy to get to know someone when you are seated with them for up to 16 hours.

I worked 27 years in the airlines. You don't know anyone who work for the airlines?
Ask them what it's like when you can fly to Tokyo for $140 first class,to London just for lunch on a weekend,etc.. Or fly free anywhere in the system.
It's pretty normal for people to talk this way when you've been in this field for so long.
Ask them how much it cost to flight the Concord one way in the 90s.
Now we can travel anywhere in the world with ZED and list our flight on any airline on the fly.

I said this before. If you know anyone or a family member who work for American. Ask them to show you Jetnet..employee travel.....then view all photo albums. Many employees have pictures of the places they have nonreved to. My album is on the third page and titled "NonRev travel around the world with only a carryon".the cover photo is a picture i took of Burj Al Arab hotel. Twenty five years of pictures. Look at the other employee pictures.
Click my name and there's a pic of me working on Flagship Detroit and the picture you see with my post.
If you you think what I posted with thick. Just read the photo album.
Read the forum.
Actually you will see a flight attendant sailing on the Nile in one of the albums. That's on my list as well as riding on horseback to Petra in Jordan if things will simmer down in that region.
On page seven there's a woman employee who is a customer service manager for American at DCA. Look at her travel pictures....I like her style. She has been to a lot of places I've been to..
I would still be in Switzerland now if it wasn't for jury duty this week. My mom birthday was Monday shes in Switzerland. She 91 yrs old. Had to say happy birthday to her from the jury pool room at the courthouse.

You know it's good to see you in good spirits. Every time I see you on here its on that same subject about black men. Or tag teaming with Sadbuttrue.
Well this black man loves to travel. Its one of the things I enjoy in life and very grateful to have the opportunity to travel this way.
I have six weeks vacation at the end of the year.......you think I'm going to stay in Tulsa?

Ok I babbled on enough.

Good post, AAMech. I know exactly what you're posting about. Before I met my wife, I was friendly with a F/A whom I met while she and the rest of her crew were on a layover in Rochester. Great bunch of people and my friend used to tell me all about her travel adventures. It's a great life for single people.

Most of the flight attendants I know are from AirCal which American acquired in 87. These girls did some crazy travel back then like hong kong on a three day weekend for shopping and full body massage, African Safari, backpacking in Oz,deep sea fishing off Kona,Full Moon party in Southern Thailand, Great Wall, one way British concord flights,etc.. We even got together with pilots and other employees for a big volleyball game with Varig Airlines on Copacabana beach back then.
They are older now, married, had kids and whatnot. Many are now doing the overseas routes and working only 3 to 10 days a month just to keep the flight benefits Making around $40k/yr.

I did know someone who worked for Continental Airlines and got all of the flying perks also. Yes I believe you are single, get to travel a lot and love meeting different people, I travel a lot myself and love meeting people also. at least twice a year now but when I was single a lot more. What I don't believe is that you meeting all of these women all around the world who are falling for or who find you so attractive. You began to sound like a bad James Bond movie in the romance department,LOL! You just layered it on a little too thick, that's all.

When you're shallow and narrow-minded, of course you'll have trouble believing what AAMech says. Women are attracted to confident an competent men, first and foremost. That is how AAMech presents himself from what I see here. I'm willing to bet if he was white you'd have no trouble believing.

AAMech seems like a nice guy, confident ad competent and that's what it takes to get a good conversation going but not enough to make women suddenly attracted to you and wanting to date you, usually it takes a bit more. Ok lets say a bunch of women (just not black women) are told they can pick one of the 3 men to go out with after speaking with them for an hour. The men are rich and famous Denzel Washington, a gorgeous middle income guy who resembles a young Brad Pitt or AAMech? I bet you they would think AAMech for his compliments of them and a nice talk but 99% whine dividing themselves up between rich and famous Denzel and the gorgeous guy who looks like young Brad Pitt. AAMech seems ok and has good job, travels and meets a lot of women but that were it ends except for maybe a very few women. He has a lively imagination though

You presume to know the reality of his life. No offense but you're not even close to being a reasonably open-minded individual when it comes to the romantic entanglements of black men. That negative bias prevents you from seeing how life really works in this regard. Regardless of the race, if a man is gregarious and presents well, he will not be left wanting for female company.

I don't like Asians females at all!! They are rude and they all look alike! The men and women look the same damn way! The only difference between them is when I see a fat one ......and I have seen a lot of fat asians but other than that their faces all look the same! They need to just stay to their own big headed men. At least black, white and Spanish women all look different.
