I know.

The US hasn't had an actual southern border for decades- all just smoke and mirrors. This is just an official "f" you to all regular long term US citizens who have tried to "live by the rules" and immigrants who came in playing by the rules. Did the employers here who hired these people for undercut wages ever get punished. NO. Is anyone foolish enough to think that their influx of cheap illegal labor will actually stop. NO. Were politicians who have allowed this travesty for decades ever punished as the traitors they are and continue to be. NO.

Lets just take the "easy/no fault" way out and give "amnesty" -holding no one accountable or fixing the problems. Just a "f-u" and suck up some more cr@p for regular US citizens.

Oh, yes. Denton is oe of the fastest growing counties in the US I think. They are shoving people in from every place you can imagine. It will soon not be the same place anymore, and it has been known as a wondeful place in the past. It's meant to be a medium sized town, not a large city. North Texas is turning into a concrete jungle. Farm land is going away. It's freaking immoral.

Ft. Worth used to be a nice city- just 10 years ago it was still pretty nice. Now, it's getting all slummy. The drinking water there is now so polluted that people have to have filters for even their showers because the water makes people's hair fall out.

Good morning sONE. Long time no talk lol.

I thinik Mexico wants California back. I truly do. You can drive around L.A., and see billboards that read "Just face it....it's ours again" , referring to California's huge Mexican/American population. Hispanics will become the majority in the state sometime this year.

I say sell it back to Mexico. They give us PEMEX (Mexican National Oil Company) AND control of their lucrative tourism industry , and it's a deal for me.. I also would love to see those Hollywood freaks wake up one morning and realize they are now Mexican citizens. That would be a hoot!

Love the pic, miss. Very creative. Would I be wrong to say you have lovely "strawberry blonde" locks , or do you refer to a different color?

what, the water is that bad?? is that because of the drought?

well texas is illegal immigrant friendly.
these are usually magnets for legal and illegal immigration. but now we see the same happening even in states with tough immigration laws.

so now we in for a new round of amnesty. i wonder what the real number is gonna be, cuz you know there are way more than 12 mil illegals in the country.

Hi :)

I have no doubt that the rich/long term rulership in Mexico would love to have all of the US. It wouldn't do the poor Mexicans any good- and they would be sent into Canada if Canada allowed it.

At this point- Mexico likes to have useful idiots here who are still loyal to Mexico and have a "conquest" attitude. Not all the recent people here from Mexico are that way, of course, but a significant number are. Of course one of Mexico's main "industries" is money sent back to Mexico by their people here.

As I posted above- I believe if Mexico had all of the southwest under it's government- all the poor would be shoved off into Oklahoma, the pacific northwest US states, etc.

It would be a hoot for the obnonious Hollywood types to wake up as Mexican citizens though, lol.

Thanks :) My hair looks somewhat different in different lighting and is at least a shade lighter in the summer (when that pic was taken). It has brown, blonde and red strands in it. Even a few really dark brown- almost black hairs, lol. I usually call it brown with blonde strands. I have a sister with true strawberry blonde hair- with a lot more red in it than I have.

I'm not sure why the water is so bad. It's been that way for numerous years. I guess it's a combination of drought, too many people coming in too fast, and maybe a cutback on proper city services (?) The vast number of people coming in seem to be more of a net loss to the communities than a gain. Lots of school HAVE to be built at a fast rate and that adds stress to the "coffers".
It's been quite an expense for my county/city.

Oh, yeah, many times 11-12 million- the offical quote for MANY years now.

Driving through California's Central Valley, which feeds the country, I look out over the fields and notice the farmworkers... and I don't see any blonde or nappy hair! Wow... you white and black gringos bitch about immigration but who's doing all the work to subsidize your fat lifestyles?

You all owe reparations to the abused immigrant workers.

Yes, they are a more recent immigrant group to the area- and still not nearly as many as from other places. There were none in my public school during my school years- that I know of. We've have Indian/Pakistan immigrants for quite a whle- and certain middle eastern ones (most of their kids around here seem to be homeschooled or go to religious/cultural schools). For pretty much all of my memory they have been running hotels/gas stations, etc. More recently more Chinese, Thai, Koreans, etc. have moved in. I can remember when most manicurits were White- but somewhere along the way I guess it became something Americans "wouldn't do anymore" and now "Orientals" have taken it over. We've always had people of Mexican descent around here (well, in my lifetime) but they averaged maybe 5 percent- with many having a lengthy history here. Then the floodgates opened here around 2002 and it seemed over night there were people from Mexico everywhere.

Well, now with many times the number here than were here in the 1970s, people have a hard time getting any to pick fruit because they are in urban places doing all sorts of other things.

What I always wonder is how many of the newly arrived "guests"from Mexico share that line of thinking. Are these people here simply to work , or do they have other motives , and might even be working for the Mexican government in some capacity.

I was in some "reconquista" type chat room about 5 years back , and some of the crap these fools were babbling about really caught my attention. I don't know how serious these people were , or how prevalent this mindset is amongst newly arrived illegals , but it does derserve mentioning. They are not limiting themselves to conquest of the Southwest. No , no , no, Try Maine.....Vermont.....all of New England! Crazy talk if you ask me , but like I said , how serious/widespread is this line of thinking?

"Remittance" is hurting this country , as that money flies out of the U.S. without any tax money collected on the transaction. When I lived in suburban Nashville , you could not enter a Kroger on a Friday afternoon , as there would be a line of illegals out the door. They were there using Western Union to send money to Mexico.

I stand corrected. Is the "kink" in your hair natural?

I just flew out of Dallas-Ft Worth, and noticed all the fracking wells outside of the city. The chemicals pumped into those are extremely toxic. Dick Cheney had regs relaxed for fracking, that corrupt pig, when he was VP. His company Halliburton is making most of the profit.

They are poisoning groundwater in many places. Water from faucets will ignite. People are having immune and other health problems... but, as long as USA fascist corporations can get rich, who cares, right?

Water everywhere, and not a drop to drink...

The government of the UAE is bankrolling much of the anti-fracking movement , as an energy independant United States would severly effect their bottom line.

The "flaming faucets" , like the one down in Colorado , has been debunked and attributed to something unrelated to fracking.

No recent earthquakes occuring in unusual places have yet to be linked to fracking either , as some have suggested.

C'mon Barros , you're smart enough to realize that much of the anti-fracking gobblygoo is part of an agenda being paid for by interested parties that have an economic interest in seeing fracking fail.

. It's 2013 - It shouldn't take humans to do farmwork. The whole process would have been completely mechanized 20 years ago if not for illegal aliens and the people who hire them. You don't see the level of human labor doing farmwork in Europe like you see here , so it can be done here as well.

When I drove down 99 in the valley in California , I didn't notice any......BATHROOMS in the fields What up with that?: Is that why we have so many e-Coli breakouts that can be traced to California produce?

Immigrants come here to work. They are not part of a plot or invasion force. Lose the racist paranoia.

You sound like the Nativists of the 19th century.

Reconquista radicals talk a lot of shit. Big blowhards on college campuses. Then they go back into the real world and get jobs.

Why shouldn't they send money back? They earned it. The drain on Mexico's economy by USA corporations sucking the profits out of the country is far worse.

I tire of all this anti-Mexican crap. Y'all need to learn some real history. The USA is certainly not the victim in all this.

If you think so, go pick lettuce.

Oh really... tell me what interests are benefitting by anti-fracking? You are forgetting that some of us actually care that the environment not be trashed.

And the toxic clouds floating over peoples' houses aren't real either? And the dead streams?

I'm referring mostly to a documentary on this on HBO; I presume you've seen it, I forget the name.

Have you seen the list of chemicals Halliburton is pumping into the ground to frack?

Environmental concerns aren't raised over nothing. There is a problem with this. But of course we'll have to wait until a whole town has cancer, as happened due to pesticides in Macfarlane CA, before people take it seriously.

Just the fact that war profiteer Halliburton is involved sends up red flags... that corp is no fucking good on its best day.
