Right i have to say.

Everyone will agree with me here.

Who makes the best boss/leader?

Well its white man is the best.

Cmon would you really want to work under an egomanic chip on his shoulder black boss?

Even if you were black!

Black guys are nice when you meet them, and they are nice people.

And your going along and everything is fine. Then they err blow up!

And do some crazy Fonkey shit.

Obviously working for a woman is awful, because women are so stressfulw weridos.

So is in genral easy going white man makes the best boss.

Like ya know 40+ white man is chilled out and relaxed.

White man is a fountain of positivity. Ya know they take pleasure in wacthing others do for themselfs and like to teach and stuff.

Other groups of people, can be more ego centric and take a more chiftain approach to being in charge.

1. Communication Skills

2. Leadership Skills

3. Multi tasking Skills

4. Prioritizing Skills

5. Attendance

6. Demeanor

7. Seniority

8. Etc.....

Hmmm....my staff love working with me. They're hard working, competent and in demand. On occasion, I get a chance to travel around the state and visit with judges and other court personnel to see how my attorneys are performing. Without exception, I get glowing reports. That's no accident. I'm a supervisor who happens to be black.

I don't and cannot just generalize an entire race everyone is different..

i've had different white guys command me when one comes in i get scared a little..

the other white guy comes in i get a sense of relief..

You're right.

Alot of people don't know FEMA used to be a grave yard. Jethro would hire Bubba's family member and vice versa. Over time, this employee couldn't cut the mustard and instead of firing Bubba's relative, Jethro would send this incompetent individual over to FEMA.

When FEMA was faced with a disaster, they were lost. That's when the government cleaned FEMA'S house and started hiring qualified personnel.

Sounds like nepotism and favoritism (Good ole boy networks). You must hire qualified people because unqualified people can create future liabilities.
