It sounds like Blacks still have to be "twice as good" to get half as far. The continuation of racial bias is at play here.

A white without a GED competes with a college grad?

I am sure if it was the other way around, we would hear nonstop about affirmative action hires, and unqualified Blacks.

There's a poster on a different thread saying the same thing that she has two degrees but get paid less than white coworkers who only have a high school diploma

This just means that Whites without a high school diploma are smarter and more qualified than Blacks with a College Degree.

A White person without a high school diploma can start their Business while Blacks with a College Degree will have to work for someone, most likely they will work for the White person that doesn't have a high school diploma.

It's not our fault Blacks are dumb.

And the White population in America is more than 4 times the Black population, thats not including White Hispanics. Noone on this forum seems to understand per capita.

Secondly this article about Educated Blacks is completely false. All they need is affirmative action and diversity quotas(which they have) and they can get jobs that a more qualified Asian or White is denied for.

Blacks have it EASIER and you are still crying, why is that? Why do Asians and Hispanics quietly work hard doing whatever jobs they can while Blacks cry for handouts?

No need to project, and poverty exists in all races hence the reason why people need to let go of their preconceived notions that white people in the USA have it made when the facts clearly state that millions of white people are in poverty with very little hope of getting out of that dire dismal predicament.
