Oh no I'm kidding, Matthew knows what that means kind of a private joke. But 9 mins is great! Walking is my thing too. I don't run, run. I walk, run, walk, run if anything. I read someplace that it was really beneficial to do it that way, it's suppose to give your heart a more efficient workout.

For building muscle, I do circuit weight training 3 days a week. Arms, abs and legs.
3 sets of 3 different exercises for each body part

I also started yoga on Saturdays and I love it!

I went to the gym early this morning because I went on the scale and I gained 6 lbs.I was like....daaaammm lol I thought it was more it was being nice to me.It's not devastating because I haven't worked out in like 3-4 months.So I'm gonna try to get 20 lbs off in a month.All I have to do is cut my carbs down to 20 or less and work out an 1-2 hours a day.

I was surprised the cop could pick me up.I just felt so heavy.But I feel heavier because whatever muscle I had left turned into fat.So I'm not toned at all anymore.Because I was lifting weights and working out.I need to stay in the 140-150 range so I need to lose 20 lbs.

It was kinda funny because I seen my tennis coach on the military base when I was going to go work out this morning and I haven't seen her in like 4 years.Kinda embarrassing for her to see how lazy I've gotten cause I use to be athletic.So I'm gonna really work my azz off this summer....literally.

It is the skin that can be bad too. I prefer grilling or baking. I put it on a beer can and season it well. The oil drips off while cooking so it makes it delicious. It's never dry. Cooking in lard is not good at all. If you can avoid any frying, that is best.

You might not be able to tolerate gluten. My sister can't. It gives her a stomach ache. Maybe cut back on gluten. Animal fat isn't good. You have to watch when you get older with high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Fat can also cause plack buildup in your arteries over time. Be careful.
