Are BLACK WOMEN the worse Customer service workers

Yes. I went to the gas station to buy a soda. I put it on the counter and a ghetto, black woman with blond hair, long finger nails saw me standing at the counter & continues to scroll through her cell phone as other people were standing in line behind me. & to top it off she got mad when we all went to the other black ghetto girl at the register. She said Damn, yall didn't have to move!!! Dah!!! I don't care spam, cluelss or whatever me!!! Us!!!

Me and my brother was getting his tag at the DMV this black women was talking about a criminal case to this other BW all loud my brother said something and this HEFER said i (ANT) talking to you ,so my brother said you talking so loud you must be talking to everybody. Sometimes sista's just don't get it, keep your business to yourself!!

Yes some of these women give real bad service....and the attitude stinks real bad. If you don't like you're job quit and find a better one jezzz. But not all I have run into a few and I sometimes kill them with sweetness. Other times I will play that bitchy game also.

Example: Once I was piss as fell cause one of my friends mess up one of my good shoes. I went to the mall. I went into the D.E.M.O store to see the lates on babpy phat and so out outfites. The girl at the cash rap just starred at me from head to toe. That b*tch was looking at me and watching.

The other girls in their where complincating me on my outfit very typical for me. But anways when I was done I went up to o girl. And she give me this disgusted look. and she was throwing my cloths around like theu where trash.

I looked at her and said " You having a bad day"? she rolled her eyes and throw the cloths in the bags. Then I said " Um excuse me you don't have to throw my cloths around like that". Oh girl looked at me and dumped all the cloths out and starred at me. "You are not the type that work are you? she said. I looked at her and told her to leave the cloths on the counter. I request that I saw a manger that day. I never saw her in there again. I would have made sure she got fired for her ba customer service.

If I going to pay almost 2hundred dollars for only 3peice of clothing. I will demand some damn respect.

It depends on what part of America you are in. I live in NYC, and I have encountered women from all races who are rude.

When I visit the south, the hospitality is phenomenal. The customer service with Black women and men is OUTSTANDING!!!!. The people in the south take more pride and quality in their service when it comes to the public.

Bad customer service is bad customer service, regardless of someone's race. The structure of the question is inherently questionable and racist because instead of it saying who are the worst customer service workers, the sentence already has "Black women" in it.

Its sad if you look at it from a reverse perspective.

For example, you are a black woman at work and you are an excellent worker; however, customers will go to someone else (non-black) for assistance because they already assume that you are unprofessional, dumb, slow, and have an attitude simply because you are a black female.

It happens all the time.

So many times the rude and the ignorant make a much stronger impression on our psyche than the good, the competent, and the polite. And often times it is the ignorant people that shape our opinions about people of various races.

Actually, I think it's the Mexican females who are the worst customer service. They're the ones who pretend not to see you and they're always short with their attitudes. They don't say "have a nice day" and they always have a scowl on their faces. And I have met black women who are polite at their job. But, the Mexicans are pretty rude.

When I did those CS jobs, I won awards and there were many other Black women who did as well.

yes. especially the ones from like, SANS School of Technology or those places they show on tv where you can "get your degree in just two years!" They graduate from those places in droves and then work at the front desks in doctor's & dentists office. And they act all ghetto and get mad when people complain about the bad service the office gives.
