<quoted text> You just proved my point; thanks little one.
We know you proved my point little one that you are an advocate for Racism & Black Supremacy and feel Blacks should have special rights over whites.

Black supremacy is the belief of, and/or promotion of the belief, that black people are superior to people of other racial backgrounds and that therefore blacks should politically dominate non-blacks.

If my memory serves me right, this latest salvo in the black racism wars started here in Michigan when a group of white women applied for entrance to U of M Law School. They all scored high on the entrance exam but were refused entrance because their skin was, literally, the wrong color. Blacks with low test scores were allowed in over the whites. That's when the white women filed suit.

As bizarre as it might sound to many, the Michigan State Supreme Court ruled that racial discrimination against whites was legally OK in academia. Period. End of story.

That began a state wide move to change the State Constitution prohibiting racial discrimination in school entrances. The voters easily approved the change.

And now the SCOTUS agrees that voters have that right to ban racial discrimination in their State's Constitution. Fck the State Supreme Court.

OK. I took three hours off and it's time to play catch-up.
As usual, you have a reading comprehension problem. I did not say the Tea Party "refused" to pay taxes. I said groups like the Waco Texas Tea Party were trying to "avoid" paying taxes. IMO, the IRS had every justifiable right to investigate Waco Texas Tea Party's application as a 501(c)4 organization. The main difference between a 501(c)3 group and a 501(c)4 group is that, in the later, donors cannot deduct their contributions from their taxable income.
Avoid, ESCAPE, refuse are all variations of the same theme. The word used was escape.

The Tea Party campaigns for lower taxes.

There is nothing illegal about someone wanting to lower taxes and this should NOT qualify them for special consideration.

There is no "law" that contains a list of what these organizations must provide. However, it is said that whether an organization is "primarily" engaged in promoting social welfare is a "facts and circumstances" determination.
According to the IRS code, "relevant factors include the amount of funds received from and devoted to particular activities; other resources used in conducting such activities, such as buildings and equipment; the time devoted to activities (by volunteers as well as employees); the manner in which the organization's activities are conducted; and the purposes furthered by various activities." (Rev. Rul. 74-361, 1974-2 C.B. 159). So, it makes sense that the IRS has the right and obligation to ask for anything that will provide them with a clear picture of the workings of the organization.
I don't understand why anyone would question flagging the applications of groups like the Waco Tea Party for rigorous review by specialist. We are talking about organizations who wish to escape taxation. Of the 298 groups to which the IRS gave extra scrutiny seventy-two had "tea party" in their title, 13 had "patriots," and 11 had "9/12"... for the 9/12 movement started by Glenn Beck. What wouldn't have made sense is if these organizations had escaped being flagged for special review.
Personally, I am appalled that groups like the Waco (Texas) Tea Party was approved as a IRC 501(c)(4). IMO, it is nonsensical.
so, extra scrutiny should also be given to organizations that have "progress" or "action" or "change" in their titles, or are funded by George Soros......

This crisis is serious and we need national unity and living up to treaties signed.

Ukraine's acting president ordered security forces to resume operations in the country's east on Tuesday after the bodies of two people allegedly abducted by pro-Russia insurgents were found and a military aircraft was reportedly hit by gunfire.

The developments — just hours after U.S. Vice President Joe Biden left the Ukrainian capital — raised fears that last week's international agreement on easing Ukraine's crisis was unraveling.

The accord calls for all sides to refrain from violence and for demonstrators to vacate public buildings. It does not specifically prohibit security operations, but Ukraine suspended its so-called "anti-terrorist operation" after it was reached.

A president who smoked pot or drank too much or played punk rock music in college isn't that unusual.

But most American presidents didn't seek out Marxist professors in college or discuss writers like Frantz Omar Fanon whose writings were influenced by Marxism.

None of them did, as a matter of fact.

Fanon's, The Wretched of the Earth, analyzes the role of class, race, national culture and violence in the struggle for national liberation.

Sounds all too familiar.

Radical influences and a radical ideology ingrained in you all of your life isn't a phase of youth you grow out of.

It's too expensive because no one is focusing on solutions to lower the costs..

Democrats claim to care about the affordability of health care but ignore the obvious.

They resist school vouchers but claim to care about education.

Why is that? Seems like doublespeak. If so, for what purpose?
