Because far too many Americans are just plain stupid?

That's my only explanation unless you have a better one.

This president proved today that the federal government and liberalism are a toxic combination.

It's now a matter of whether Americans are finally wising up.

It's why hubby gets VA benefits...served in the National Guard for six years.

But I believe Bush only served 5 years, four months, and five days if I'm not mistaken. He was honorably discharged though. He requested to attend Harvard Business School.

No evidence everyone will have to pay 5 times as much for insurance. Evidence of something that will happen requires use of a time machine. If you're looking for evidence that insurance premiums are skyrocketing now, put your hand on your mouse, move it and click so you get a google page up, type in "Obama Care insurance premiums" and just start reading, moron.
Your entire post is nothing more than false propaganda spam. I'll just go to your last paragraph....
If you read the ObamaKare law, you will see over and over "The Secretary will determine..." everything. This is simply a medieval Machiavellian system where some noble elite subjectively makes all determinations based on whatever subjective motivation they have, and the peasant serfs bound to the land have no recourse. The payment on the "quality of care" has no basis for judgment other than "The Secretary will determine" what constitutes quality, and what constitutes "care", without any standard for determination "The Secretary" can be held to and sent to prison if they violate.
And, to make it even more dispicable, they want to write a different law concerning bribes and kickbacks for ObamaKare than all other government programs in the entire monstrous government contracts procurement system is held to. They actually want the elitists working in the ObamaKare program to be legally able to take bribes and kickbacks.
Do you really think there won't be a lot, meaning a huge number of Americans that will object to this? You live in a dream world.
Talk about "false propaganda spam"! Your entire post was nothing but the parroting of "false propaganda" and rantings of someone suffering from schizophrenia. You, my dear, live in your head.

why it will never happen.....

Bush's long history of tilting Justice

The administration began skewing federal law enforcement before the current U.S. attorney scandal, says a former Department of Justice lawyer.

THE SCANDAL unfolding around the firing of eight U.S. attorneys compels the conclusion that the Bush administration has rewarded loyalty over all else. A destructive pattern of partisan political actions at the Justice Department started long before this incident, however, as those of us who worked in its civil rights division can attest.

I spent more than 35 years in the department enforcing federal civil rights laws — particularly voting rights. Before leaving in 2005, I worked for attorneys general with dramatically different political philosophies — from John Mitchell to Ed Meese to Janet Reno. Regardless of the administration, the political appointees had respect for the experience and judgment of longtime civil servants.

Under the Bush administration, however, all that changed. Over the last six years, this Justice Department has ignored the advice of its staff and skewed aspects of law enforcement in ways that clearly were intended to influence the outcome of elections.

It has notably shirked its legal responsibility to protect voting rights. From 2001 to 2006, no voting discrimination cases were brought on behalf of African American or Native American voters. U.S. attorneys were told instead to give priority to voter fraud cases, which, when coupled with the strong support for voter ID laws, indicated an intent to depress voter turnout in minority and poor communities.

This president should be forced to step aside - by his own party.

He rejected any criticism of this law and the democrats called us every name in the book for doing the same.

Now that they're getting burnt by the fire they fueled, they have to be the ones to put it out.

House Republican Shames GOP Members On Stalled Immigration Reform

Denham said during an event Thursday for think tank NDN -- which supports immigration reform -- that he blames both sides for the past failure of comprehensive immigration reform. But he had harsh words for GOP members who criticized other plans without suggesting their own.

"You're elected to be a leader. Then lead," he said of fellow members of Congress. "Show us what you're for, show us what you don't like, but we've got to come to a resolution that makes sense for the entire country, and we need to have a debate in front of the American public."

No one is even talking about the hidden marriage tax in Obamacare.

A married couple who earns $62,040 or less for a family of two receives subsidies under Obamacare.

A married couple who earns just a dollar more, 62,041, could pay as much as $5000 or more in premiums.

Saying "I do" would cost some couples over $10,000 a year. The solution? Get a divorce.

Empty-nesters would pay an effective tax of $5,000 to $10,000 per year for the right to remain married.
