Russia Captures CIA Agent Plotting To Kill Obama
The Federal Security Service (FSB) is reporting today it has captured and arrested an as yet unidentified agent of the United States Central Intelligence Agency (CIA)[photos 1-4 right] for his clandestine efforts to secure Russian intelligence assets in a plot that could very well be a plan to assassinate President Barack Obama.

Though not confirmed in this report, the Jerusalem Post News Service is reporting that this CIA agent was, also, an employee at the US Embassy in Moscow, which, however, the Americans refused to either confirm or deny.

According to this FSB report, Russian counter intelligence agents began tracking this CIA agent when he first appeared in Moscow in mid April 2011, and even more extensively after he traveled to Benghazi Libya the day following the 11 September 2012 attack on the American consulate which killed the American Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens and 3 members of his security detail.

From Libya, this report continues, this CIA agent next appeared in Jordon in late September, 2012, where he was a part of the American intelligence team tasked with supplying Syrian rebels with weapons under a “Secret Order” signed by Obama earlier in the year.

FSB intelligence analysts contributing to this report state that this CIA agents “mission,” both in Libya and Jordon, was to “find and utilize” various arms depots to be used by the al-Qaeda rebel factions seeking to overthrow they Syrian government.

In early January, 2013, this report says, this CIA agent traveled from Jordon to Kazakhstan where he met with two Ukrainian arms dealers, both of whom were subsequently detained by Russian foreign military intelligence main directorate (GRU) assets and “questioned extensively.”

From the information gained by the GRU from these Ukrainian arms dealers, this report continues,“grave concerns” were noted about this CIA agents true motivations as he was seeking to acquire nuclear, chemical and biological offensive weapons manufactured by the former Soviet Union.

As these “grave concerns” mounted over what exactly this CIA agent was doing, this FSB report says, a counterintelligence operation involving both the FSB and GRU was undertaken in both the Middle East and Russia.

Posing as members of the Bratva (brotherhood) faction of the Russian mafia, this FSB report says, GRU counterintelligence agents first contacted this CIA agent in Jordan during the latter part of April, 2013, whereupon he was lured back to Moscow with the “promise” that the weapons he sought could be obtained.

Over the past fortnight, this report says, both FSB and GRU counterintelligence agents acquired a substantial amount of information as to what the true goal of this CIA agents mission actually was, and which, the FSB says, was a claim by this CIA agent that part of the weapons being sought were meant to “neutralize Obama.”

New York, NY

#903503 May 15, 2013
As to exactly what this CIA agent meant by “neutralizing” Obama, this report says, could very well mean a false-flag type attack by Syrian rebels using Soviet nuclear, chemical and/or biological weapons to be blamed on the Assad regime forcing Obama to use American forces in this civil war, or, could also mean a plot is in place to assassinate the American President.

Not knowing what the true intentions of this CIA agent were, or those backing him, this FSB report says, a meeting between him and the GRU counterintelligence agents posing as Bratva members was arranged to take place in Moscow’s Izmailovsky Park last evening where an “exchange” of a “bio-warfare agent” for about $1 million US Dollars had been arranged.

Upon the CIA agent exchanging the $1 million in cash (carried in a green military-type knapsack) for the alleged bio-warfare agent, this report concludes, he was “swiftly apprehended” by FSB and GRU agents [photo top left] and then brought before a Constitutional Court in Moscow where charges of espionage were read against him [photo bottom left] with further charges to be added at a latter date.

Though not mentioned in this report, it is important to note that past captures of US spies for committing crimes in Russia are nearly always handled by the Foreign Ministry which seeks to exchange top level CIA agents for Russian ones currently in American custody.

Obama’s Herd Control
Obama’s herd control is a masterpiece. He already can lie and have millions believe him. For those who do not follow him or are slow to worship him other tactics are necessary. Chaos has escalated each day after Obama was first elected. Tragedies have increased in America and the end is nowhere in sight. Some have already blamed Chechnya or Russia for the Boston bombings as though all Muslims are that unified. It is doubtful the Chechens want to cause trouble in the US especially since Obama is doing such a good job there.

FYI and simply put to the West: The Chechen people were sent to Siberia by Stalin. They got mad and those that survived never forgot. They wanted independence especially since the Ukraine and others got theirs. There was a war and afterwards Putin and Russia rebuilt the cities and gave them a lot, so much so, that their cities are better off than some Russian cities.

The FBI and CIA have happily used some Chechens to cause trouble in Russia. Doku and his gang receive their money. The last assassination attempt last year on Putin was by some Chechens who admitted the US supported them. Fortunately for Russia, it all blew up in their face before they got to Putin.

Again, it is doubtful the Chechens want to cause trouble in the US. The Chechen people have nothing against America. They are not Middle East Muslims who are constantly getting bombed by the West. Those who still hate prefer to attack Moscow. They use Black Widows, women whose husbands were killed, for suicide bombings like they did in Domodedova airport. However, money from the US State Department can motivate some Chechens to do anything.

Saturday morning the Kremlin reported Putin called Obama to express his condolences and unify their efforts against terrorism. All a political note as Putin knows the US is the terrorist backing entity.

Americans think they got the killers and know who’s to blame and who to kill next because the TV told them so. The TV must be true they say. Is TV their God now in the USA? The US propaganda machine has the upper hand since few Americans are willing to get the truth from other countries and even fewer know where to get it. This allows the media to report whatever they want as fact. The US government can freely kill its’ own people. Rather, they can allow innocent Americans to be killed. As I wrote in my article,“Missing the Target USA”,“Massacres to herd the masses to accept gun control. It is just the beginning. The massacre of the innocents. Real or not they have their purpose.”FOX NEWS, CNN,MSNBC,ABC,CBS,NBC etc all the same they tell you what to argue and say and noone thinks for themselves or goes outside the box

In “Obama’s Soviet Mistake”, I wrote,“How long will America suffer and to what depths?” Obama’s Laughter can be clearly heard. Quoting Don McLean’s song,

Satan laughing with delight the day the music died,

He was singing, bye bye Miss American Pie

They will do what they can to move the herd in their direction to increase control over the population and justify wars over seas. How long will America suffer and to what depths? There is no end in sight.

oh sure, nothing but MM.

What I am finding is that among conservatives there is too much outrage, piss, and vinegar. It makes our ideas less effective. We have become humorless, angry opponents of the President instead of happy warriors selling better ideas. We are not even selling ideas.

Conservatives, frankly, have become purveyors of outrage instead of preachers for a cause. Instead of showing how increasing government harms people, how free markets help people, and how conservative policies benefit all Americans, we scream “Benghazi” and “Fast & Furious.”

We’re off key and off message. We’ve become professional victims dialed up to 10 on the outrage meter. Who the hell wants to listen to conservatives whining and moaning all the time about the outrage du jour? Seriously? Mitt Romney ran a campaign on just how bad things are, but he was rejected by a majority of Americans who felt like he really did not care about them and really had no plans to improve their lives.

Bitching about Benghazi doesn’t do that either.

didn't find that on Media Matters.

Ok, let's explain some real-world facts to you.
For some reason, Holder and the government of Mexico discussed the program that became "Fast and Furious" in 2009.
Subsequent to that discussion, Eric Holder starts running guns to the Mexican drug cartels.
Let's correct your ignorance.
Bush used GPS units in every gun, and intercepted over 90 percent of the guns before they got to the Mexican drug cartels. Eric Holder ordered the GPS devices not be used, and intercepted ZERO guns before they got to the Mexican drug cartels.
Put these facts together any way you like.
There were prosecutions for 12,000 guns being smuggled on their way to Mexico under the Bush plan between 2005 & 2008.

I would think a pretend engineer would know better than think 4,000 is 90% of 250,000.

Freedom of the Press: Obama Justice Department Secretly seized Associated Press Telephone Records
In a brazen and illegal attack on press freedom, the Obama Justice Department secretly subpoenaed the telephone records of Associated Press editors and journalists and tracked ingoing and outgoing calls on at least 20 telephone lines, including the national headquarters of the press agency and its news bureaus in New York, Hartford and Washington DC. Among the lines tracked was the telephone used by AP reporters working out of the House of Representatives press gallery in the Capitol.

The Associated Press was given no advance notice of the government dragnet, which reportedly began in April of 2012 and continued through May of that year. Such a massive operation over a two-month period would generate records of many thousands of telephone calls, providing the government with legally privileged information about AP journalists’ sources and methods. More than 100 journalists work in the offices where phone records were seized.

The lines that were tracked included the home and cell phones of at least one editor and an unknown number of reporters. While the Justice Department has not provided any reason for the spying operation, it is widely assumed, and so asserted by AP, that it was carried out in connection with a federal investigation into an alleged leak of “classified” information by the press agency in a May 7, 2012 article concerning a CIA covert operation in Yemen.

The article reported details of CIA efforts in Yemen to break up an alleged plot to blow up an airliner heading for the United States around the time of the one-year anniversary of the May 2, 2011 assassination of Osama bin Laden. The AP acknowledges that it had agreed to delay reporting the story at the urging of Obama administration officials.

Following the publication of the story, John Brennan, at that time President Obama’s chief counterterrorism adviser and currently director of the CIA, denounced it as an “irresponsible and damaging leak of classified information.” In June of 2012, Attorney General Eric Holder ordered federal leak investigations into the AP story as well as a New York Times report about the Stuxnet computer worm, which was developed jointly by the US and Israel to attack nuclear centrifuges at Iran’s main uranium enrichment facility.

The New York Times reported Tuesday that it had asked the Justice Department whether its telephone records had been seized in connection with the Stuxnet article probe, but had not received a reply.

The Associated Press became aware of the spying operation against it only last Friday, when it was informed in a letter from the Justice Department. The AP reported Monday that included among those whose phones were tracked were five reporters and an editor who were involved in the May 7, 2012 story. The two lead reporters on the story, Matt Apuzzo and Adam Goldman, were members of a team of journalists who won a Pulitzer Prize last year for reporting on the New York Police Department’s covert surveillance of Muslim Americans.

In a letter to Holder sent on Monday, Associated Press CEO Gary Pruitt said:“I am writing to object in the strongest possible terms to a massive and unprecedented intrusion by the Department of Justice into the newsgathering activities of The Associated Press.”

The first question for White House spokesman Jay Carney at Tuesday's press briefing went right to the heart of the growing crisis facing President Obama:
In the matters of the Benghazi terror attack, the IRS targeting conservative groups, the Justice Department going after AP phone records,“…doesn’t responsibility for setting tone, setting direction ultimately rest with the president?”
Benghazi may not be "Obama's Watergate," as Sen. Lindsay Graham has called it, but what we have is an administration that is adrift and leaking more controversy and unanswered questions every day.
On Libya, a detailed examination of the record shows that the White House has had no consistent message on what happened on September 11. In fact, they changed their message from day to day -- and it's clear that the administration's actions in the days and weeks after the Benghazi tragedy was all political maneuvering.
The White House has been caught not telling the full story, and modifying the narrative for political ends.
But that’s just a piece of the troubling picture emerging from the West Wing.
We have Attorney General Eric Holder -- he who managed to dodge full responsibility for the “Fast & Furious” gun-walking debacle in the president's first term -- revealing Tuesday that he had recused himself from the investigation into Justice Department gathering of phone records from more than “20 separate telephone lines assigned to the AP and its journalists in April and May of 2012.”
The bipartisan response to Monday's disturbing challenge to press freedom was swift. Speaker Boehner's office said Monday,“they better have a damned good explanation.” And Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Patrick Leahy, a Democrat, acknowledge he’s “very troubled” by the allegations.
Then there is the very serious matter of the IRS singling out conservative Tea Party and Patriot groups, among others, for special scrutiny when they sought to apply for tax-exempt status. The president says he's “outraged”-- but also said Monday that he knows nothing about this news.
But “newly obtained documents” show the current IRS chief knew about the agency's targeting of Tea Party groups as early as May 2012, and other officials in Washington were clued in more than a year before that, as the scandal continued to spread.
Perhaps even more telling is White House spokesman Jay Carney’s acknowledgement to reporters Tuesday that the administration is getting its information on these matters from news reports.
Again, who’s in charge here?
And finally there's what appears, from the public record that has emerged so far, to be the prevarication, without any clear explanation, from the administration on Benghazi:
On November 28th, 2012, Carney stated that the State Department had only changed one word of Susan Rice's talking points -- we now know this not to be the case. We also know that within hours of the attack, the White House, the State Department and the FBI received emails saying that an Islamic group had claimed credit -- even going so far as to identify Ansar al-Sharia as the group.
This epidemic of evasions, and most likely falsehoods, only raises more questions. The White House, the State Department, Hillary Clinton and any additional officials involved have committed a serious breach of trust with regard to the American people, and moreover, their actions are an insult to the American citizens who died in Libya that night, on the 11th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks.
What’s next?
Just months into his final four years in office, President Obama is facing a credibility crisis, one that threatens his fundamental abilities to govern.

Demanding the return of the phone records and destruction of all copies, Pruitt continued:“There can be no possible justification for such an overboard collection of the telephone communications of The Associated Press and its reporters. These records potentially reveal communications with confidential sources across all of the newsgathering activities undertaken by the AP during a two-month period, provide a road map to AP’s newsgathering operations and disclose information about AP’s activities and operations that the government has no conceivable right to know.”

Arnie Robbins, executive director of the American Society of News Editors, said,“On the face of it, this is really a disturbing affront to a free press. It’s also troubling because it is consistent with perhaps the most aggressive administration ever against reporters doing their jobs—providing information that citizens need to know about our government.”

Floyd Abrams, a First Amendment lawyer who defended the New York Times against the Nixon administration in the “Pentagon Papers” case, said:“The norm… was for the government to ask the press organization for information and to pursue them in court when they didn’t receive it. The notion of avoiding any First Amendment resolution by the courts by going right to the telephone company with no notice to the press organization is outrageous.”

At a Tuesday afternoon press conference, Holder sought to distance himself personally from the seizure of AP phone records, announcing that he had recused himself from the investigation and any decision to subpoena the records would have been made by Deputy Attorney General James Cole. At the same time, he defended the actions of the Justice Department and the US attorney in Washington DC, who is heading up the investigation. He said the AP article involved a “very serious leak” that “put the American people at risk,” requiring “very aggressive action” by the government.

He dodged a question as to whether other news organizations had been similarly targeted, saying that question should be addressed to the deputy attorney general.

At a Tuesday press briefing, White House Press Secretary Jay Carney claimed that Obama had no knowledge of the seizure of AP telephone records. He repeatedly deflected reporters’ questions by saying the White House could not comment on an ongoing investigation. At the same time, he spoke of the need to prosecute “illegal activity” and “balance” press freedom against the interests of “national security.”

Also on Tuesday, Cole sent a reply to AP CEO Pruitt’s letter, brushing off Pruitt’s protests and defending the government’s actions. Cole said the subpoenas were “limited in both time and scope,” and concluded that the Justice Department had struck “the proper balance” between the public’s right to know and “national security.”

In fact, the revelation of massive spying against a leading press agency is consistent with the deeply anti-democratic practices of the Obama administration. Obama has relentlessly pursued alleged leakers and whistleblowers in an attempt to suppress exposures of government secrets and crimes. His administration has brought six cases against people accused of publicizing classified information, twice as many as all previous administrations combined.

Just last January, the Obama Justice Department obtained a 30-month prison sentence for former CIA agent John Kiriakou, whom it prosecuted for giving television interviews in 2007 in which he acknowledged that the CIA was engaged in the torture of alleged terrorists. Obama’s policy is to jail those who expose abuse and torture of prisoners while refusing to prosecute the authors of the torture policy or those who carry it out.
