Here's what these PEOPLE do. In African countries, Muslim countries, India, Japan, etc., they believe washing your ass after defecation is cleaner. And by all medical accounts, it IS much cleaner than wiping it with paper. Think about it, you don't clean dirty hands with paper--you wash them. And when you have certain anal disorders, doctors recommend washing as more hygienic.

These people wash themselves in two ways:(!) in less-developed countries, they pour a steady stream of water over their anus and use their hands to wash off the feces--and yes, they wash their hands after.(2) In more developed countries, they use a bidet or a "bidet hose" (which is like a small shower nozzle that allows you to wash yourself while on the toilet).

You are right,except that when you have several defecations when you are outside,when using public toilets and such,it is kind of difficult to wash your rectum,until maybe when you return home. There are ways to do so though,like taking paper towels in some restrooms,wetting and soaping it,and wiping yourself clean.I agree just wiping with tissue is not cleaning yourself.But then you've got to note,that many people have dogs,that when they take the dog out for their dailing voiding,they don't even wipe the dog at all,but they bring the dog home with sh-t all over his butt rubbing against everything in the house,when the more sanitary thing to do,would be to hose it's butt off with water when you get the animal home,or place him in the tub,and pour water on his behind.How many people do you think clean their dog after it defecate's.Then they come out of their house where they have touched all kinds of things that the dog has rubbed on,and they want to shake your hands,uugg!!!
