You just answered your own statement. To be honest because there's so much black on white hate going on, I'm hard pressed to find an instance where a black person CAN'T be racist.

Actually, you have to be clear when you say 'blacks can't be racist' yet then state 'anyone can be taught racist behavior'. That last statement alone contradicts your entire paragraph. Too, I live 10 mins. outside of New Orleans and can tell you for a fact black parents teach their kids to hate whites. Yes the opposite holds true but not to the same degree. Maybe in Charlottesville it's a racial utopia but N.O is not

Actually I'm making sense, you're not, but I'll entertain you w/ this. According to you blacks have no position of power to'oppres'' anyone else. First off, you have to define 'oppress'. The people who run N.O (all black)are most definitely in a position to oppress, maybe not opression by slavery standards but nonethelss, let's just say progression isn't a hallmark of our city. Too, you have to tell the white employee whose boss(a position of power) was black, that he wasn't 'oppressed' when his boss called him 'white boy' and 'cracker' and as a result the kid won a lawsuit. So, define'oppresion' for me and maybe I'll take you more seriously.

Oppression in the sense of this thread is the ability to affect the civil liberties of others. All I said was that blacks can absolutely be racist - I think the thread creator was using racist and oppresive interchangibly and they are not interchangable.
