Herman Cain is President Obama's worst nightmare

Oct 14, 2011 Full story: NY Daily News 24

Though he's been a GOP candidate for President for months, it wasn't until he won the Florida straw poll last month and performed adeptly at the Fox News / Google debate in Orlando that Herman Cain caught the eye of millions and started surging in most polls.

It has nothing to do with President Obama. Didn't we as a people learn anything from that buffoon Clarence Thomas? Herman Cain is Uncle Ruckus (from Boondocks) in human form. A self-hating black man who is the mouthpiece of klansman and white supremicst groups. I want to slap him everytime he opens his mouth!

For the most part you're right, Bappie. LOL However, I DO believe Cain is an intelligent and capable businessman. I have relatives with those same smarts.

And all of us African-Americans should enjoy seeing him whip the pants off silly clowns like Newt Gingrich and Rick Perry.

It remains to be seen what happens in this race, but I think it would be enormously entertaining to have two black men running against each other for the U.S. presidency in 2012: Obama vs. Cain.

LOL! No doubt it would be interesting and historic to see two bm running for president. I won't knock that, lol. I'll admit, I've been bad when it comes to Cain. I can't get pass the resemblance to Clarence Thomas, another Uncle Rukus, lol.

The character Simon Legree in Harriet Beecher Stowe's book "Uncle Toms Cabin" was the black hat, he was the back stabber who informed on others trying to escape to freedom, keeping them in servitude as slaves. Uncle Tom on the other hand was the hero, giving advice and helping others escape to freedom.

All but one here are Simon Legree's busy attacking the Uncle Toms, the heroes, Clarence Thomas and Herman Cain.

P.S. LadyC, Clarence Thomas is possibly the most astute Justice we have had in a long time, anything but buffoon.

Good morning, Iamcuriousnow. LOL! You can bet the farm that the klaners and supremacists will feel like the world has come to an end and for them, it would be, lol.

We're on the horizon of a new, and scary era. Whether there will be good changes or worst is hard to predict, but moving forward we are and it's a thrilling and yet, scary time to be alive.

Cain is who intelligent conservatives get around the ignorance of blacks and liberals voting for skin color instead of issues. If we give you two black men to choose from, maybe you won't pick the saboteur-in-cheif again.

Not going to disagree with your take on the book, Uncle Tom's cabin. Unfortunately, Uncle Tom, has gotten a bad rap. However, you're off base as the character we've accused Cain and Thomas of being is Uncle Rukus, an entirely new black on the outside/white racist on the inside character. Stay current, k?

Now with reference to Justice Thomas, how can you post such a lie? Most Astute Justice the Supreme Court has seen since when? The sad thing about Thomas being selected as a Justice is that he was a bought and paid for lackey, the same as Cain. Thomas' appointment to the supreme court is a slap in the face to every intelligent, astute and qualified white or black lawyer who were far better qualified than he was. He doesn't make a decision on his own or make a move without Justice Scalia. Thurgood Marshall, a true, intellectual and astute justice said Thomas had a level of self-hatred that was psychological.

Anyone, regardless of race, who's ashamed of his race or himself and kotows to others and is willing to sell himself and his race out is not worthy of any kind of respect since they do not respect themselves.

Cain is hardly unique and I see him in the same light as Thomas. Bought and sold. A lackey, and lawn jockey for the right. His being a CEO hardly qualifies him for the position of president. His 999 plan isn't even his and it's unworkable. It will end up costing a middle-class family more than they pay now in taxes, while allowing the rich to skate (as usual.) I have no doubt that there are far more capable bm and wm that the Republican party could have put forth but perhaps they wouldn't be so ready to sell their souls, themselves, nor their race as Thomas and Cain are.

Of course, my post is from a Black perspective and I don't expect you to agree with it, however, it is the truth whether you personally accept it or not.

And as a direct descendant of Simon Legree you will do your best to maintain the servitude of all those whose ethnicity is derived from Africa. Why are you so afraid of freedom?

From your screed you have bought into the hogwash put out by progressives, Racist bigots that they are, and you are attempting to own the spewage. None of what you wrote is accurate, do your own research.

The really sad thing is that your are willing to make harsh false accusations about people just because they don't agree with your destructive politics.

The sad thing is you can't accept reality. Thomas never tired a case, had no judicial experience. There were way more experienced blacks and white men and women who were qualified for that job! He was accepted because of his POLITICAL AFFILIATIONS! They needed a conservative and one that would follow lock step with Scalia and he was their lacky (I won't even say, man!)
