I think we should all accept what we are in this world. I just get offended by the nappy heads thinking I should embrace their naps. I have a right not to like naps. I also have a right not to want my kids to have that type of hair. That's all I'm saying. When someone says they don't like nappy hair all the nappy heads get upset about it. And just for the record, I don't like straight hair either nor the average "mixed" hair. For me, "good" hair is a fine line between the two, straight and nappy. I don't consider poodle hair, which lots of biracials nowadays have, good hair either.<quoted text>And there are many of us that are proud of our "naps"...and certain ones get up tight when they can't exalt themselves above a hair texture that's a tad bit more course than their own.
I feel I shouldn't have to embrace a headful of naps if I don't like it nor have it.
