Now...now...now let's not try to divide and conquer..K?
BTW Manson sounds very literate regarding American laws. Look where HE is. Maybe you guys can write a book together ......titled, "How to Run America!"
So you can try to call me a white supremacist who hates Muslims and that's not trying to figure me out? Honey, it never once occurred to you that am not white, did it? LOL.

Sounds like you know more about Manson then me. This is the second time you have brought up murder, you are definitely a little sicko.

In any case, you call yourself a Christian, yet you have chosen to ignore or have failed to grasp the written word. Both show you instances show how mature you are.

You had nothing but horrible things to say about Muslims and nothing nice to say about them.

According to your posts, you hate every race but "white," you hate every religion but yours.

So, it's understood that you are "white" or whatever description you would like to call yourself, but your behaviour falls into that category by your own words......not mine.

BTW: yes I brought up murder .....does that bother you? Doesn't hate lead to murder a lot of times?

When your people cease using the N word, then maybe you might be taken seriously.
There is going to be a time when no more apologies are given and it will be a rude awakening.
Btw... I sure don't remember people thinking that it was a real knee slapper when Oprah and Gail said what they did about "good White folks".
http://www.aolcdn.com/tmz_audio/0925_oprah_ra...
Gayle King: You could work for some good White folks.
Oprah [in a put-upon Black slang accent, making fun of her grandmother]: I hope you get some good White folks like I did ‘cuz I worked for some good White folks.
Gayle: They’re so nice to me. They give you clothes and food.
Oprah [still in Black slang accent]: They give you clothes and you get food to take home. And they give you good clothes, too, not all worn out. That’s what my grandmother used to say to me. And I now say that I wish she had lived to see that I did grow up to get some good White folks–[yelling:]WORKING FOR ME!
Gayle [also yelling]: WORKING FOR YOU!
Oprah [still yelling]: WORKING FOR ME!
Gayle: Hehehehe![laughs at "White folks"]
Oprah: All these good White folks.
Gayle: There’s [sic] White people everywhere.
Oprah:["White folks"] Everywhere–only one Black man in here.
Gayle:["White folks"] Working. Hehehehe![laughs again at "White folks"]
Oprah: There’s one ["White folk"] everywhere you look. There’s George [a "White folk" employee of Oprah]. More White folks, thumbing up. Yeah, George is giving the thumbs up
Gayle:“I’m a Good White Folk.”
Oprah: Hehehehe![Laughing at her "White folks."]
Well, at least she didn't call us crackers and honkies because that would be rayciss and everyone's knows that only White "folks" can be rayciss. Perhaps Oprah forgot that good "White folks" made her a billionaire
I often laugh with my friends about the white people that work for me. Hahahahahaahahah. Even my white friends laugh. Because we're cool. hahahahahaah.

racist slurs might have been the rule but being the rule doesn't make it right. slavery was the rule 150 years ago but it was very wrong. If people don't want to do what's right they must be forced to do what's right-(civil rights act of 1964) but even that didn't stop the hate so here in 2013 people still don't get it white people should be sad and sorry for the atrocities they have committed against black people,as well as other races. Instead they use racist names and say derogatory things. The attitude well "I didn't do it or I didn't have slaves" is pure old BS white people need to wake up.
Never said it was right, but its forgivable, just as black racists using slurs is forgivable.

What do black Americans want white Americans to do for wrongs only a portion of Americans committed or condoned 150 years ago? White Americans went to civil war to free slaves, but nobody ever remembers that. You do not think its okay for Paula to live in the past because its 2013, yet you yourself are living in the past too.

And slavery doesn't compare to what white Americans did to Native Americans, killing millions. Yet how often does that get thrown in white people's faces?

We can't change any racists mind, so instead of expecting to change others, start with yourself and learn the freedom of forgiveness.

So what are you threatening to murder me now? You are cray for real tho. Book 'em Danno!

I never once said I hated Muslims. I only expressed my fear of Muslim jihadists which is a very real threat to America.

You are reading what you want to see. Or perhaps you aren't fluent enough in English to comprehend what I have said.

I think you first need to forgive yourself before you ask someone else.......you are NOT God!

Native Americans HAVE voiced their opinions but since most of them and the actual lands that they lived upon were taken from them and communications have not fully evolved until now....well the obvious speaks.

You CAN forgive...people CAN forgive Deen. But, that does NOT mean she is to go free without some kind of repercussions. ANd, you of all people should understand that.

I do understand. Her repercussions come in the form of 1.25 million dollars. If she's loses her case, she will pay, exactly what the plaintiff is demanding, not an apology, not a law banning the n word, she will pay cold hard cash. She started a fire and she's getting burned for it. There are much more dangerous people out there than Paula, quit the overkill on the easiest target. some pro-Deen people think they are actually a part of the investigation. They think they know all of the in's and out's and behind-the-scene's. But, what IS evident is Deen's EEOC violations, her lack of respect for all individual harms and deaths experienced by AA's during the slave era, her fueling the white supremacy organisations in America because white supremacists in this country will even revert back to that same slave era to justify their hate crimes, her setting a horrific example in the culinary field and public TV, and morally speaking her lack of empathy for differences which do not hate making us all individually unique. And, that uniqueness is what makes America so special.
You people are the worst. You refer to whites as Howlies. Get real and grow up. Stop smoking that stuff!

Some people seem to be forgetting that everyone in America has civil rights. What that means is that I should expect to be able to leave my house and not be harassed, followed, bothered, touched, discriminated against, or have racial slurs tossed at me by strangers. Paula Deen and her hillbilly brother invoked someone's civil rights and infringed on labor laws by throwing around backwards racial slurs. I know the South is behind the times but that's what lawyers are for. They are idiots, shes an idiot, and she deserves what's coming. I would also slap hate speech crimes against her and let her spend some time in the pokey with the "sistas".

Last time that I checked, the allegations are just that. Allegations.

Here ya go...

"The former manager of Uncle Bubba’s Seafood and Oyster House was prone to erratic behavior that placed her staff in fear, an attorney for Earl W.“Bubba” Hiers has charged in court documents.

Those documents include a counter-claim alleging that Lisa T. Jackson regularly converted to her own use property, including cash, from the Whitemarsh Island restaurant, unlawfully depriving Hiers of them.

Jackson, who was general manager for Hiers’ seafood house from August 2005 until she quit on Aug. 19, 2010, sued Savannah celebrity cook Paula Deen, her business enterprises, which includes The Lady & Sons restaurant, and Hiers, her brother, on March 5, alleging sexual harassment and a persistent pattern of racial discrimination in the workplace.

In her suit, she accused Hiers of violent behavior that included “racial harassment, assault, battery and other humiliating conduct” over five years that left his staff in fear.

Click here to read the complaint (pdf).| Click here to read Deen's response (pdf).

In his response filed Wednesday, Hiers’ attorney, Tom Withers, charged that “While Ms. Jackson was a manager of (the restaurant), other employees and managers feared her wild mood swings and abusive behavior.”

According to the filing, Jackson frequently purchased items for her employer “and would take them home with her allegedly for safekeeping, including but not limited to: chef’s coats, silverware, decorations and other property. Those included cash, a Macintosh personal computer, a desktop computer and a camera.

“Ms. Jackson never returned those items of property to her employer, instead she converted them to her own use,” the response said.

Also last week, Withers filed documents asking Chatham County Superior Court Judge Louisa Abbot to dismiss the case and strike large portions of the allegations by Jackson.

According to Hiers’ response, that suit was filed in an “unfounded attempt to unlawfully extort money by making scandalous claims that have no legal or factual substance.”

The suit was brought “for the expressly stated purpose of irreparably damaging the name and brand” of the Deen enterprises, Withers contended.

He asked that much of the suit’s contents be dismissed, including all allegations of sexual harassment because Georgia does not recognize an independent cause of action for sexual harassment.

In addition, Jackson’s complaint largely details conduct against others, most notably “racial discrimination in the workplace” directed at black employees.

“Jackson is white,” Withers said.

Withers said Jackson’s claim of intentional infliction of emotional distress should be dismissed because her “complaint predominantly describes conduct directed to others, not her.”

The defense also charged Jackson’s action was not accompanied by allegations of sexual harassment or sexual discrimination with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and should be dismissed.

And Withers argued conduct directed at others, not Jackson, was merely “scandalous matter,” as demonstrated by a Jan. 31 demand letter written on behalf of Jackson by her lawyer threatening to expose the “racist and sexist culture of (Paula Deen’s) corporate and personal life is going to permanently and irreparably damage her brand” accompanied by a $1 million settlement demand.

It's not overkill.....and has happened to others as well. Yes, there ARE much more dangerous people out there, but their crimes still start from hate, which she is condoning, dressing up, minimising, and mocking. Another poster stated that it is the same as if she would choose a Holocaust theme......and I fully agree with that.

She needs and deserves to pay......especially being a public figure ...and THAT'S why it's NOT overkill. IF the same offence occurred from someone outside of public radio or TV, then the repercussions should be less, but still should happen.

Paula Deen Was Praised In Letter By Woman Who’s Now Suing Her

"Deen’s attorney filed a formal response to the lawsuit, asking for the entire lawsuit to be dismissed and included a letter that Lisa Jackson sent to Deen on May 27, 2010. The letter could be the smoking gun in the case because Jackson praises Deen and Bubba and boasts about how much she loves working for the first family of Southern cuisine.

The letter outlined Jackson’s proposal to turn Uncle Bubba’s Oyster House into a special event venue for weddings, tours, luncheons and holiday parties.

In it, Jackson gushes,“When I came to work for this company as a person, I felt hopeless. I needed something, some opportunity that could provide me hope as an individual, as a woman, to make it on my own….I was stuck in an unhappy marriage because I had no other options….When I started working for Bubba, he gave me an opportunity that allowed me, over time, a freedom I have never experienced. He allowed me, for once in my life to take care of myself and for once have faith in myself as a person and as a woman to know that I could do it on my own…Since then, I have been given opportunities that I never thought possible, all because of you and Bubba.”

Jackson resigned just two and a half months after writing the effusive letter according to the lawsuit, because management did nothing about her complaints of sexual harassment and other complaints she had."

Agreed! except the hate did not turn into murder or attempted murder in this case...it was just civil....which is why I think she should undergo some kind of court-ordered community service as part of the monetary damages incurred.....it would be very cleansing for her and she will receive the education she stated that she is lacking.

Haole is a Hawaiian linguistic word......it's determined by the individual how it's used! It has an entirely different cultural and current background than American racial slurs.

So, you are educated about Hawaiian history and culture?
