Man is not smarter than nature or God. And, no man should take it upon him or herself to take the role of God. That job is taken. We are all unique and different in every way and there is NOTHING wrong with differences. Extremists argue whether or not we are created equal and that is contrary to America. Hence,

Yes, people can change. Hate can go away. But, you remember that when an AA or other "nonwhite" says something or does something racist to you or others. It does not make it right, but consider the source.....white supremacy which still continues. You don't know that person's circumstances .....the cycle of hate has to stop. And, I don't see extremacists attempting to stop it any time soon. So, Americans need to do something as though this issue were solely a "government" issue. People voice their opinions all of the time about how the government takes away their freedoms. Well, so does extremism and supremacy and hate. I see that as the core of the problem in America...95% of this country's problem.

there is no excuse for minimising hatred. there is nothing wrong with corresponding and appropriate punishment. There are many who have evaded punishment. Just recently, one of Hitler's helpers at the age of 98 was finally arrested for Holocaust offences in Hungary. But, just because one gets away with it does not excuse Dean's behaviour and choices. I read the deposition as well, and I disagree. I believe she was avoid the questions and minimising her behaviour. Almost mocking the accusations. That's an issue. No one is persecuting her. She is a public figure. And, that's one of the prices you pay for that position. IT has a different level of responsibility .....the law CAN cast that stone at her because the law in itself...not the people behind the law....does not discriminate.

You are too funny. Do you homework. I'd rather debate intelligently for solutions to white supremacy rather than entertain white supremacy with "where are you from rabbit trail." Your wit seriously is not entertaining or catchy. You have an AA friend? Does your AA friend know about your white racist remarks? Why do you focus on insults ...empty insults ....while avoiding questions. That's a classic "The South Will Rise Again." technique in conversation. I've travelled all over the states and Canada. I believe these same radicals have there own website according the Southern Law Poverty. I've seen your type in many enclaves within the states. Some are quiet about it and some have no problem admitting they are a part of Christian Identity, South will Rise Again mentality or others.

the fact she doesn't want to settle out of court proves that the focus is violation of EEOC laws which need to be enforced instead of the money. And, then there are additional damages as well that OTHER courts are to handle. As a public figure, a person who receives publicity for giving to charity, a person contributing to setting standards in the culinary industry,and as a manager/owner, and American citizen all wrapped into one she has to take responsibility for her behaviours. BTW, you do know she used the N word to describe how she wanted her plantation wedding?
