Lol! You and your dreams. I have never experienced the hell bit but feeling paralyzed in bed and not being able to wake up is very common especially if you lie on your back. You feel as if you can't even move any part of your body and no matter how much you want to get up you feel like some one is forcing you back to the bed. If this happens again visualise your right index finger then move it. From then on move the rest of your finger and then it will become easier to move. A knife under your pillow may also reduce your nighmares. Metal is sacred as well as fire which melts into knife. Fire is a symbol of rebirth. The dying of renewal of certain aspect of your character, job etc. The screaming souls in agony represent parts of you character that perhaps you are not proud of and have been battling for a while. Overall, this indicates to me that perhaps you have been trying to make changes in certain aspects of your life but something is holding you back.
What you're describing is sleep-paralysis. Its simply your brain waking up in sections. You are conscious, but the part of you brain that control movement are still asleep. The best way to handle it is to recognise it for what it is, then going back to sleep, though it might seem counter-intuitive. Its not spiritual

Hell or Sheol then Gihanna is not something to take lightly, in dreams or when awake. There is no greater fear or pain than Sheol and Gihanna, and the fear of such places is terrible and powerful. I often have dreams where I am too afraid to enter the threshold of death, not because I am not secure in my faith in Jesus, Elohim, and the Holy Spirit, but because it is just beyond terrifying the thought of being so close to a place for an instant, where you are forever afraid, forever thirsty, forever weak, forever tired, forever alone, forever tormented, forever burning. The Love of God is the only thing worth living for, but do not underestimate the fear of Hell, it is very real, and many people go there every day, though I wish none ever did.

YES! I actually just had this same dream and I was absolutely horrified...The waking myself up was a very hard task and it felt like somebody was holding me down.
