Not so long as the businesses take government tax cuts, tax breaks, welfare checks or ANY local, state or government perks. Then, it's illegal.

So you are confessing this is not a free country then, right?

Lets pass a bill for churches and the businesses and properties they own to be taxed too, since they are always trying to influence politics using "Gods Law". Our country will be out of debt in a year this way.

You can't change the Constitution without a Constitutional Convention... then watch out, because the vast majority of people don't want mentally challenged gays around anywhere. They've already killed several tens of thousands of people with the disease they brought and spread.

I seriously doubt it. If you had half a brain your azz would be lopsided. Why don't we tax the federal reserve bank at .009% and be even better off. Of course no one can answer my original assertion of this NOT being a free country. Because it isn't.

There are people in this nation alone knowingly spreading this disease. They should be put down.

True christians do not discriminate, judge, or persecute others. They still may not like them and think what they do is wrong. But they "Love Thy Neighbor" as that is what God and Jesus said to do.

If you don't like it you're free to leave. There's a flight to North Korea you can catch.

Why do you think the good, befuddled lawmaker did not phrase it as, "Businesses should be able to deny service on the basis of race or of sexual orientation"?

He specified, "on the basis of being black or of being gay," for some unknown reason.

Although the impact of any such law would be that, of course, a black owned business, or any business, could refuse service to whites. Unless the crafters of any such law just come right out and go the full KKK, uh, if they haven't already....

I am sorry that I won't be around in the year 2050. I'd like to see what happens when white people are in the minority. I wonder how they will react when the majority wants to pass a law that you can discriminate against whites because your religion tells you you can. Oh well, maybe there is an afterlife, and I'll be able to look down and get a chuckle.
