I have been reading some of your posts and you sound a bit delusional because you look just like many African American men I see every day minus the tubin of course if that you on the picture. Look at myself, my facial features they are smaller than most whites and yes I have been asked by nonblacks am I latina or mixed but like you I look black enough and have brown skin that most people come to the determination that I am black and that is fine with me. The man you posted would be considered a light skin black in the U.S..

Sorry but you sound like you are ashamed of who and what you really are and is proud if someone doesn't automatically assume that you are of African roots.

I too also think that we Blacks should stay away from strange cultures we do not understand. Some people around this world believe some insane beliefs and we Blacks should stick with what and who we know.

i have never said that i was ashamed of my african roots, in fact, i let it be known to those that are confused by my appearance that i am indeed african or black. however, some indivduals when they see me think other wise. a perfect example:

i was "j" walking on the streets of los angelse, of course the police stop me and issue me a "j" walking ticket, and a fine. he written on the j walking ticket age, height, and possible weight, and lastly he written down for my race hispanic. i said" sir, sir excuse me, you have written some wrong, he said what, i am not hispanic but african, his response "could have fool me,sir" also i said " can you tell from my name, it is not a hispanic name. he said " it does not matter, and drove away." these type of ignorance i deal with on a daily basis in america, but i glad you see me as black. which is definitely a relief.

a few ethiopians i know personally experience the same thing, and many ethiopians i know are very proud african. people don't realize that africans are very diverse, and it is probably one of the most diverse continents in the world.

I don't see what the money has to do with her need to make a short exit from an uncomfortable situation. Don't worry she will get the money, even if she doesn't make an appearance at his furneral at all, she was his wife of 14 years and the mother of his children and is entitled to his money and insurance anyway. I would just pop in for a few minutes for my children's sake.
