that's not true even at 8 weeks the baby is forming

Eight-week pre-born baby

At eight to nine weeks the eyelids have begun forming and hair appears. By the ninth and tenth weeks the preborn child sucks her thumb, turns somersaults, jumps, can squint to close out light, frown, swallow, and move her tongue.

At this early stage of development, suction abortions are performed using a smaller tube, requiring little dilation of the cervix. This is called "menstrual extraction." However, if all the fetal remains are not removed, infection results, requiring full dilation of the cervix and a scraping out of the womb

I don't think us as humans should have the right to decide that. But hey, that's why i'm not pro-choice.

You don't have to call us names.
Why should a woman be allowed to kill a child. Especially after the child can begin feeling pain. The child isn't just some object in the mom's belly, he/she doesn't want to get burnt with saline, or it's head chopped off with some machine, or it's limbs ripped out with the machine, or poisoned with some other fluid.
Well it depends on what you consider a child. A fetus isnt a child. Its a living thing, but its still not a child. If a girl gets raped I think its their choice to decide what they want to do with the fetus/ baby.

But thats what scientists say. Scientists say a fetus is different from a child.

My point is - even if it were - who retains the moral right to evaluate one life against another?

Greater debaters than anyone present here have made no headway with the "when it becomes a kid" dilemma. The truth is there is no well-defined indicator.

Personally, I don't like kids at all, and am not inclined to call them human until after puberty

:-)

The abortion tug of war does not have a finish line...it's going to on and on. Even laws will not stop it.

The Supreme Court ruled the abortion ban a violation of a woman's civil rights. Case Closed.

It is a tough decision(especially for me) but ultimately the man would want his soulmate and not another child to take care of without her.

Case closed? Hardly. The Supreme Court has reversed itself on the abortion ban in the past.

Also - there is so much uncovered legal territory on the abortion issue that one might rightly argue that the case will NEVER be closed. A lot of people find First Trimester vs. Partial Birth abortion easy to shoehorn into their personal beliefs. But what about RU-486? THE PILL, even? What about cases of rape or incest? What about pre-diagnosed physical impairments such as anencephaly?

I don't think God is all for abortion.
Like someone said before, their actions will be judged by Him.

All I did was express my opinion, I don't see why your so jumbled up about it.
