I never really thought about this topic until one day I was watching a youtube video,(thinking it was about a little child genius on oprah) and all of a sudden, pictures of already aborted children were being flashed upon the screen.

That made me so sad, I almost cried. And I never cry.

I don't believe the government has the right to make abortion illegal, it's a violation of a woman's freedom...one of our constitutional rights. For me it's a up to the individual...they have the right to chose or not to chose to have an abortion. Personally (and morally), I don't see myself ever aborting a child...unless necessary. I consider myself to be undecided on this issue...it depends on the circumstances.

I have very mixed feelings on this subject. If I was pregnant as a result of rape or thought my baby would be born into a hopeless situation of suffering I would have an abortion. Otherwise I can't imagine it for myself. The number of babies aborted is shocking and disturbing, especially with so much birth control available. The number of women who have children knowing there won't be a father around is also disturbing to me.

I wouldn't want to outlaw abortion though. I think it should be restricted to the first trimester however- unless the mother's life is actually in danger past that point.

You don't have to call us names.
Why should a woman be allowed to kill a child. Especially after the child can begin feeling pain. The child isn't just some object in the mom's belly, he/she doesn't want to get burnt with saline, or it's head chopped off with some machine, or it's limbs ripped out with the machine, or poisoned with some other fluid.
