well, since you asked, i want the united states government to first of all, publicly acknowledge that the american people have mistreated and oppressed blacks for HUNDREDS of years in ways that has left us scarred and dependent. I want the USG to acknowledge that african americans are a persecuted minority that faces serious existential threats due to economic, educational, health care, judicial and law enforcement inequalities as well as interracial relationships and institutionalized racism.

Then, I want a resolution authorizing black leaders to create and approve an agenda to establish a separate and independent african american state, just like the US did for israel, only in a more organized way. the united states government funded nation-building in countries like germany, the UK, japan with the marshall plan. they did the samething in israel, afghanistan and iraq. They would fund the establishment of an african american government and private sector with no strings attached.

This is in the national security interests of the united states as well. A big part of racial conflict is psychological. Blacks have made tremendous strides in a very short time in america, but the fact of racism holds everybody back. a separate african american nation would remove all the racial barriers both whites and blacks complain about. it would put an end to tensions between the races and allow everybody to be more productive. blacks could evolve our own sense of nationhood without interference from whites. The average bm and bw wouldn't be subject to the stigmas that whites cast on us.

the end state is that blacks have a functioning government and system of free enterprise and social programs that empower every african american to make contribution to the preservation and upliftment of the black race and by extension, the rest of the world.

Even the Movie Flight 2012 did a pretty good job of describing Black males and their irresponsible behaviors both socially and sexually!
