. Quite unnecessary to whole such a dim reguard to ALL African Americans when in fact there are numerous competant financially as well as interlectually African Americans whom are bussiness minded and nogociates in business extremely well no different than a African Carribean- East Indian-ectera. Black ppl around the globe never cease to shake loose of the sterotyping that the media (of course being of european control) portrays of ALL black ppl; and OBVISIOUSLY African Americans. To have other black people feed off the plate of ignorance in ill belief of ALL in from a group being all they same w/o any success within that group is ludicrus; and NO different then one simple minded enough to fix their mouth to say and (believe) that ALL Africans have AIDS or that ALL Africans have disfunctional homes because there's 6 to 12 hostle jealous wives with 40 children to one husband. Or they ALL live in trees like MONKEYS. Just how wise is it to sterotype ALL African American? Besides....the resources in Africa thee African born does not even control and enjoy to its fullest. Outsiders are the ones reaping it's benifits; while the natives of the land live poorly.

. Blk ppl are ignorant of one another ALL around the world; they allow others within the media to swell their heads with posionous lies about each other; and they willingly eat from out of the plates of those poisening them until their bellies are full and hearts sickened. The very ones that should be shoned are not; and the ones shoned embraced. Conquered and divided a sucess at its best. Blk ppl need to learn from the europeans around the world in reference to unity; that...they have and blk ppl need to get some of that.

Oh my! Some of the comments makes me ashamed. I do not understand as to how black people can be so cruel to one another. What is the cause of the resentment? No other group is like this.

This thread, like many on this forum is an attractant for self hating AA's and their sympathizers.

Please do not confuse Black people in general with AA's specifically.

In this thread you have the main perpetrators; Dragonnymph, Sassidiot, and Uncle Ruckus wannabe AAA.

These people are at the center of the dissent. They are all AA and they are the type of AA's that I bash so vehemently when I do chastise them.

You might have people who don't get along on other forums, but this forum is the only one where I've heard Black people of any background say the things I've heard them say.

And I'll emphasize this point again,

The people who say some of the most disgusting self hating things on this site are AA. This thread is just a microcosm of this fact.

I sure think it would be a great business move for African Americans to buy up Africa so we can benefit from their resources to make our community richer. Why should the Chinese and White man have all the fun when we can be doing this if we just put our money together. The smart black business men need to hurry up and get on this before it is too late.

In time, the English thought of a better way to use these women (in many cases, girls as young as 12) to increase their market share: The settlers began to breed Irish women and girls with African men to produce slaves with a distinct complexion. These new “mulatto” slaves brought a higher price than Irish livestock and, likewise, enabled the settlers to save money rather than purchase new African slaves.

This practice of interbreeding Irish females with African men went on for several decades and was so widespread that, in 1681, legislation was passed “forbidding the practice of mating Irish slave women to African slave men for the purpose of producing slaves for sale.” In short, it was stopped only because it interfered with the profits of a large slave transport company.

England continued to ship tens of thousands of Irish slaves for more than a century. Records state that, after the 1798 Irish Rebellion, thousands of Irish slaves were sold to both America and Australia.

That is quite diffrent. Read this:

" the law was unambiguous on this point. Slaves were property, and therefore could not enter into contracts including contracts of marriage. Jurists also noted that to prevent the sale of separate members of a family would lower the sale price, and this was to tamper with a man's property. Therefore, property rights had to be placed above marriage rights"

Did you find the paragraph? The reason was clear,'Slaves were property, and property can not own anything'. It is very neat clear.

I honestly do not have a clue how you think working with some African individuals means you understand 1 billion+ people.

That is like saying working with Mexicans, Jamaicans and Canadians means you're an expert on North Americans which include black Americans, white Americans etc. Do you not see how silly that is?

Then the next minute you're stating that ''African Americans'' are a distinct group. Well what about the thousands of distinct African groups?

I've lived in Europe my whole life, never left this continent in fact yet I can't tell you about ''Europeans'' as if they're some generalized group and this continent is way less diverse than Africa.

The hypocrisy is that you generalize and stereotype a whole continent of people yet cry when some individuals generalize and stereotype your ''ethnic group''.
