Blacks have a higher chance of getting ROBBED RAPED or SHOT in Their OWN "hoods" than in a White or Asian area....

lol

NON-BLACK areas are usually safe from common street crime like: Car Jackings, Drive-bys, Robbereys, Stabbings, Rape, Gangs....ect

I Live in a White and Hispanic area (a few asians too) and there has NEVER been a Homocide, rape, or car jacking in my neighborhood....

Only a few burgluries every now and then....but nothing serious...no one was ever hurt.

BLACK areas are the WORST!

Looking at this from the other direction as a white anti-Negro American, I wouldn't care if some random wandering jigga-boon was in my neighborhood as long as it wasn't trying to steal anything. I some beat-up old Buick with 22" rims pulled up and a bunch of wild picaninnies piled out and started moving into the vacant house next door, that would be another thing.

Depends on where the neighborhood is located.

Both whites & blacks live in good and bad neighborhoods.

I feel safer in areas with limited houses, not so much out in the country that you can not see houses for miles, but at least a bit of distance from the next house is great for safety... more scenery, more peace with nature... Any where you go is dangerous in America, White, Black, Hispanic, Asian, or Native American neighborhoods are equally just as bad... because it doesn't matter the average chance of violence..one violent situation could end your life...America is a country with a citizenry with over 200-million privately owned guns...

,..let me repeat that, America is a country with a citizenry totting over 200-million privately owned guns... so White neighborhoods where the next Jeffrey Dahmar is stationed with a hand gun is just as dangerous as the inner city...because again, any random circumstance in time or any moment in time could spell the end of your days here on Earth... it doesn't matter about averages...

I know people who have lived in the heart of Chicago for their entire life and died in their 90's without problem or concern... and I also have heard of babies shot dead in rampage killings in some of the best neighborhoods in America..

,..The trailer parks are just as dangerous as the inner cities...

Do you feel safer in a White trailer park community compared to right outside of Atlanta, Georgia where Blacks live in 5 and 6 bedroom homes with Mercedes trucks parked outside...then you are a fool..and most likely a White one...at that...

I grew up in a white community and have lived the last 20 yrs in a black community, I will say that there are pros and cons to both and with that said, once I have kids I plan to move to a racially diverse area, I don't want my kids going to predominately white schools like I did, but I don't want them in predominately black schools either, I've been to them as well. I won't say which was the worse experience.

Yes, a mixed school environment fosters less racist children, schools that are pretty much still segregated harbor racism...children leave school with limited understanding about other cultures and experiences...

I too prefer a more diverse environment/neighborhood.

I grew up in an all black neighborhood but lived in predominately white neighborhoods some years back. I now live in a VERY diverse community and wouldn't have it any other way. My neighbors are Chinese, black, white, Mexican, Russian, and other. Last night we went to a party hosted by our real estate agent for her American husband. She's Russian as were many of the guests. The quality of people and conversation in diverse environments is just SO much better I find.

Well I live in a white neighborhood.
(Really in a over all white city)

When I do go to a "black" neighborhood or
"black" city...my sense of "safety" doesn't
really change.

But that's probably because I've never been
to the true "hood" as they say (lol)

Was the name calling necessary?

My sense of safety does not change
because I have never been to the
"hood."All black neighborhoods
aren't the "hood," so why should I
feel unsafe when I'm in one?

Is that even a question? White neighborhood hands down. Who the fk would want to live in a black neighborhood?

There is no such thing as a safe black neighborhood, so this question is moot.

I feel like I'm turning into Captain Obvious here. How can I put this? Black neighborhoods are not safe, period. End of story. I only call names if the shoe fits. In your case, it's a slam dunk.

That all depends on the neighborhood.

I'd feel safer in Detroit than in Forsythe County (KKK), Georgia!

Similar to how I'd feel safer in Z├╝rich Switzerland than in any African country.
