Nate Silver has lowered Mitt Romney’s chance of winning to just 13.7%

Why do you think that is?

**Obama Up By 5 Points In Iowa**

Obama is up 5 percentage points in Iowa, leading Republican Mitt Romney 47 percent to 42 percent, according to a new Des Moines Register Iowa Poll, although the results also contain signs of hope for Romney, political strategists said.

Obama barely edges Romney on the question of which candidate would do the best job of fixing the economy, the primary argument of Romney’s campaign, the poll shows.

Romney has gained an edge with his frequent claims in the campaign’s final weeks that he can best quell the country’s snarling partisanship by bringing Democrats and Republicans together. But he’s having trouble getting Iowa voters to trust him.

In what continues to shape up as an ultra-tight race nationally, losing Iowa, with its small cache of six Electoral College votes, would complicate Romney’s chances for winning the presidency.

I just hope that people don't loose site on the various questions in each state.

For instance in Maryland. Gay Marriage, Dream Act, and Casinos are on the ballot.

VOTER SUPPRESSION is happening! It will not stop us!

Polls predicting a narrow victory for President Obama in tomorrow’s Presidential election are only “skewed” in the sense that they don’t take into account the persistent attempts at voter suppression in key battleground states controlled by Republicans.

The Obama campaign’s strategy to bank early votes and get sporadic voters out to cast their ballot only works if you have states willing to accept their votes in a consistent way. But we mostly saw long lines in places like Ohio and Florida over the weekend, including total chaos at the latter, with some residents waiting hours to vote at the minimal polling locations.

Despite the demand, Governor Rick Scott refused to extend early voting hours in Florida. A brief effort to allow in-person absentee voting in Miami-Dade County ended with polls closing randomly and the cars of prospective voters being towed.

This was all by design. The Florida Legislature cut early voting hours in half this year, knowing full well that more Democrats took advantage of the privilege, and that shift workers more inclined to vote Democratic have a tougher time making it to the polls on a Tuesday, despite the clear legal imperative on employers to allow time off for voting. Florida will also have fewer polling places in 2012 than in 2008.

Early voting hours also shrink in Ohio, though legal battles forced them open a bit longer than the original plan. More important, Secretary of State Jon Husted, who’s been consistently trying to reduce the number of votes to count all year, just added a last-minute change to the provisional ballot that is clearly designed to trip up voters and invalidate their vote.

I suspect Casinos will pass. Gay Marriage will fail and it's a toss up for the Dream Act.

I have to say I disagree slightly with your Dream Act prediction. It’s polling strong with near 60% support and I think it will pass.

How ever, the Gay Marriage issue while polling in the positive, I think is a different story. Many people will say they support it so as not to appear biased or close-minded, but will privately vote against it. I’d surely call that one a toss up!

After four years of racism against the First Family, 12 months of non-stop campaigning by Romney and his Super-PAC richies - are you kidding? You bet our Demand of his impending Surrender is UNCONDITIONAL.

President Barrack: "If I'm elected to a second term, there will be no more negotiating with Congress."
I guess?

Mayor Kashim Reed(Atlanta): "The Republicans are running a confidence game because they're losing. So, I wish Romney luck in his trip to Pennsylvania because he'll be losing there, and losing out on moving into the White House as well."

It takes very little work to see the bias and very predictable slant or Rasmussen polls. In fact, if you’re smart, which I’m sure you are, you can use the Rasmussen polls as a basis for determining that Obama will win the election tomorrow.

Rasmussen has a history of under representing the Demoratic lead. If you take a look at their polls you can clearly see this. Let me show you exactly what I mean and you can ake your own dertimantion from there,

I will show you the results from the 2008 election, the final Rusmussen poll numbers, and the actual election result. You will see;

Florida:
2008 Final Rasmussen poll: McCain +1
Actual election result: Obama +2.8

++++++++++

Ohio:
2008 Final Rasmussen poll: TIE
Actual election result: Obama +4.6

++++++++++

Pennsylvania:
2008 Final Rasmussen poll: Obama +6
Actual election result: Obama +10

++++++++++

Colorado:
2008 Final Rasmussen poll: Obama +4
Actual election result: Obama +9

++++++++++

New Hampshire:
2008 Final Rasmussen poll: Obama +7
Actual election result: Obama +9.6

++++++++++

North Carolina:
2008 Final Rasmussen poll: McCain +1
Actual election result: Obama +1

++++++++++

Indiana:
2008 Final Rasmussen poll: McCain +3
Actual election result: Obama +1.1

Shall I continue???

So, based on the fact that Rasmussen puts the president slightly behind in nearly every poll it releases, we are SURE to WIN!

Classic!
