Yes im a brotha, just gotta ask why! Why do you sistas overlook the good blackmen for unstable nogood anybodys? I do feel like that brotha who killed and is looking for la cops, have been pushed to the edge by people he trusted and they let him down. I think all blackmen will wake up like he did, and come for payback! We gotta do this for our respect and name.

Agree 100% with the narcissist interpretation.
You're most welcome.

One expert, criminal psychologist, Dr. Alan Lipman, in an interview pretty much summed things up.

As well, I'm not sure if you've seen the following. I would have come to the same conclusion as those who ruled on the incident involving use of force. What I find interesting is that according to what I've read, Dorner himself was told that he should have immediately reported what happened. By his own admission he said for them to not do anything because he didn't want his FTO to get in trouble because she had a child to raise. One might be led to wonder, what else wouldn't he bring forward down the line to keep a fellow Officer from getting in trouble. It doesn't add up and thus far, three people are dead while people are calling him some hero.~smh~

Do you guys realize how many innocent people the LAPD has murdered, falsely arrested, and targeted for no reason other than being an arrogant group of power tripping idiots?
The military is structured.. We don't play that schit.
It's always a shock to vets getting out how fcked up the civilian sector is.
And it when it comes to the people that are supposed to serve and protect being fcked up like that.. it will most definitely drive any dedicated military man that loves his country to take some kind of drastic options.
The LAPD is fcked up.. Really fcked up..
Excellent point, AgentSmith9

And the police chief, Charlie Beck REALIZES how awful his department looks to the USA as well as the larger Los Angeles community. People in the comments section of the CNN website are ripping the LAPD to shreds. They think it's a department full of stupid, crooked thugs. I'd estimate that the anti-LAPD comments vs. the pro-LAPD comments are 10 to 1.

Recently Chief Beck has:

* Met with, and apologized to, the Latina ladies whom his stupid officers shot up for no good reason.

* Announced that a new truck will be provided to those same ladies to replace the old one that is filled with bullet holes from 20 or 30 or 50 police bullets - LOL

* Announced a complete re-investigation of the circumstances of Officer Dorner's firing...

I thought to myself "Yeah, you BETTER start kissing some butt now..."

It's sad -this man was a war hero and had an outstanding record as a police officer.Something happened to him- to say you want to shake the person's hand that injects him doesn't say much for you.

Once again, no one is defending him and certainly we lament the lose of innocent lives on both sides of the equation. But you people need to stop with your selective morality, justification and situational ethics. I distinctly remember being appalled at the first wave of responses from all of you law abiding citizens after the Sandy Hook incident in New Hampshire. Their was a great deal of empathy and psychological justification expressed for and on behalf of the shooter and then the responses morphed into debates about the second amendment and Gun control; leaving conspicuous by it's absent, the greater emphasis on the lose of lives of those innocent children. This too, is symptomatic of our societal maladies, you can't have it both ways. The actions of all of the denizens of our society are only microcosms of the larger society.
I can assure you Adam Lanza received no sympathy from me. He was an evil individual and I'm glad he is gone. And as I stated in a previous thread, I hope James Holmes gets the death penalty. I am not being selectively moral. I simply find it disgusting there are people who are supporting this lunatic (Dorner) who has killed three innocent individuals. Do you see the rationalization and justification some of the people on here are giving? Since the LAPD is corrupt, racist, ect., it is completely fine for this man to murder three people. The end justifies the means and if innocent people get killed in the process oh well that is just fine and dandy. I find this attitude DISGUSTING AND REPULSIVE!

Let's just say that personal responsibility has bit the dust. First it's gun's kill people, now it's the LAPD. Now, who could have imagined that.

I may not condone what this young man has done but I can relate to how this young man feels. If you have never been a victim of corruption in the workplace, lied on and unfairly fired then subsequently blackballed, you would not understand. I read the manifesto and have been a witness, as well as a victim to many of the things he stated. It's a shocker when they finally cross the wrong one.

It very well could have been that the Police were summoned to assist w/a psych intervention. They are often summoned and if a transport is necessary.

Hi Aisling,
So very true. People are no longer being held accountable for any of their actions. If they murder someone it is due to "mental illness", poverty, racism, being abused as a child, or some other cock and bull excuse. And as you stated, if you listen to the media guns have a mind of their own and are capable of pointing and pulling the trigger with no human being behind them! I have worked (and currently work) with law enforcement officers. The vast majority of them are good, decent people. You have bad police officers like you have bad people in all professions. But it is absolutely ludicrous to state the entire LAPD is bad. I am sure MOST of those officers are decent, honorable individuals.

This is a ludicrous and hypocritical thread. If a White man murders people, it becomes about how all Whites are "so evil". If a Black man murders people, he's a hero?? Come on, now.
A murderer is down in the dregs with every other murderer, White or Black. They're murderers all the same; there's no difference.
You should be ashamed of yourself for holding an obvious lowlife, unstable multiple felon in such high esteem. A man (and woman) should always be judged by their character. You are applauding a murderer just because he's Black.*You are applauding a murderer*. Don't you understand how your thoughts and statements (which are advanced thoughts) reflect upon you? They show everyone what kind of a person you truly are.
"A hero". Really?? How pitiful this is.-smh-
Ok do you celebrate Christopher Columbus birthday, 4th of July,Slave Owner,Rapist day give me a break you bring a person into a world until you experience living in this skin trust me if food chain was different heartless white people would kill everyone. My mother grew up in the south the stories she told me were just way above no mercy fit kids elderly I know blacks have done some horrific crimes but usually crimes of survival or drugs that they use to ease pain within and jump hoops for that white but moment you stop being the house niggha watch out

Mental illness is the reason one person kills 20+ people or 3 people. These people have mental issues and to say they don't is to put your head in the sand. That is part of the problem our society doesn't know how or what to do with people who are about to snap. What possible reason could there be for any sane person to kill 1,2,3 or 20 persons?

One might ask themselves, what if Dorner hadn't been terminated from the LAPD and down the road a citizen filed a report against him and that led to him being fired. If he's willing to go to the drastic measures that he has, what might he do if it were you who led to him being terminated and you were the person responsible for it. Would a person like that come after you or your family and especially if they felt that they had nothing to lose?

At some point after you have exhausted all your options, you pick up the pieces and move on. You don't pick up a gun and start killing people, going after their children by attacking them where they go to school/attacking people in their work places who had absolutely nothing to do with the decision that led to your circumstances. You don't start killing people by proxy. If you can't move forward? Seek professional help.

There's absolutely nothing that can justify Dorner's actions. If you think otherwise, check yourself because who knows what lies in anyone's future in that there are unstable people out there who just may decide one day that you may be the cause of their problem and come after you or your loved ones. Or you/your loved ones may even be at the wrong place at the wrong time when someone like Dorner decides to violently act out and you/your loved ones getting caught in the crosshairs of that person's actions.

It happens.

Sometimes I think I was the wrong one to mess with. A year or two after I was chased out, the economy started to crumbled. And my job got a black commander and chief, Barrack Obama, who is my age at that. I know that rocked their world.

When you join hands and pray with the biggest religious and civil rights leaders in the country, while it's being covered on nationwide live media, then ride in one of the freedom rider buses of the sixties, and get the first civil right bill of the 21 first century passed, and your job runs you out just because you were there, then it really wasn't about me. It was about God. No government has arms long enough to fight God. How arrogant this country has gotten, thinking they could have it both ways.

Well they still didn't wake up, as you see how they treat the first black president. So what did we expect to happen next. None of this surprises me the least bit. While this government believes in fighting peace with fire, and it appears that this same fire is going to take them out. They always messed with the wrong guys, but now they've started to mess with the right guy(s).
