9,99999....=9+0,99999...
10*0,99999...=9+0,99999...
9*0,99999...=9
0,99999...=1 !!!

What means that an infinite value(0,99999999...) would be equal to a finite value(1)!
It s magic

I asked this question in 6th grade. If there is 1.99(n). Then how do you get to Two? But I never got an answer.

Because getting to 2 means that there is an end.

Space theoretically has to infinite.

Most discussions on infinity usually wind up as convoluted contests in semantics.

No, no it is not. We know of nothing in material existence that is actually infinite. That term is most conceptual as applied to mathematics etc.

It ain't because physicists have determined that the amount of mass in the universe is so much that it causes space to curve like into a type of sphere.

I'm not talking about space as we know it. I'm talking space period. Whats after our view of space? More space.

No. Space is a dimension that is a part of our universe like time. We can not talk about what lies outside of it.

Says who? I'm always wondering what is outside our understanding of the universe.

Its probably all connected.

So traveling in a space ship designed to travel at 10 times the speed of light, how long would it take to get to Mars?
Would time slow down?
If you left the earth on that trip and was 25 years of age, how old would you be when you arrived at Mars?

Space, like time, is an illusion.
Only consciousness is real.

Time as we know it would slow. But our understanding of time is extremely limited.

No it cannot.

If it had an end, it wouldn't be infinite.

Your suggested speed is too fast and hypthetical distance too small.
