Individualsim is a lie. People have been benefiting off of true affirmative action - good ole boy system - in America for years. A libertarian believes government should limit itself - "power concedes nothing without serious demands". That is not realistic. The more logical strategy would be to eliminate advantages this system gives to individuals or entities. As long as justice/government can see - justice is prevented.

I'm not speaking in other threads (what you call forums). I'm speaking in this thread.

I will continue this tomorrow, if you care. Gotta sleep now, but just one last point...

I'm not a Caucasian American. I'm not a Caucasian in America. I'm not a German American. I'm not a German in America. I was born here. I'll die here. I'm just American. Identity politics does nothing to further anything but the perceived benefit an identity (race, ethnicity, sex, gender identification), whoever the beneficiary, a benefit that must by definition wound or burden a fellow AMERICAN.

I've yet to discover anything about myself that warrants burdening a fellow citizen for my comfort.

Unlike you, I have no reason to be ignorant or a liar. I agreed with some of what the other poster posted but I think he has made some controversial remarks about Africans in America? As a result, I simply asked a question about his previous comments. Regardless of my agreement with some of his comments, it is against my nature to agree with the ignorant. If I was wrong about the poster, I will apologize? More so, it is no need to your an epithet on topix. Only an ignorant coward like yourself goes that route. In person, you probably would not even open your mouth - your tone would definitely be different in an arena where there is a consequence. You are just a clown who should play football on a busy highway.

I think it's wrong to force people to have insurance. I do believe that every American should have access to insurance despite their economic circumstances. Medicare should cover everyone who cannot afford insurance. How to pay for it is a different story.

You don't have to pay for water, you CHOOSE to pay for it by living where you do. You can easily live somewhere that allows you to have a private well. Even if you CHOOSE to live in an area that has municipal water, you do not have to use it. You CHOOSE to.

Your ignorance is overwhelming.

Can a state law bypass the Constitution, while a federal law is blocked by the Constitution?
How is any convenience based on a mandated insurance, considered less of a usurpation of the Constitution, if any mandated insurance is deemed unconstitutional?
Are federal income taxes a forced 'federally' mandated law...that charges Americans for earning a income?..If so than how is it not unconstitutional... is the answer that 'employment' and or business, or however Americans earn a living a 'convenience'?
..in a capitalist society, can a earned-income ever be concerned a convenience?
If the answer is of course no, than are federal income taxes unconstitutional because it is understood that Americans must have an income in order to live, thereby federal income taxes rise to the same threshold as the new health care bill?

The last point you make in your rant is the only salient one.

This country has become a joke.

The biggest joke is the Kenyan clown sitting in the White House and his sycophants.
Tim John wrote:
Hell, that sounds like a business plan... I should setup a new mandated-insurance that charges Americans a fee to use restaurant restrooms and get it past through the state... because gee, public restrooms are a 'convenience' and are not needed to live... Heck under this premise I could slap a mandated-insurance at the state level on just about anything... well a 'walking-down' the sidewalk insurance...
Hell I need to get started before someone else steals my business plan!
I'm sure the Constitution won't mind, since it a state mandated insurance and is considered a convenience...

...those that blindly support their own demise, while assuming there is a such thing as 'partisanship' are about as sick as crazy people in mental health facilities. If you can't see by now that no party actually supports the people, than you are a lost cause.

(...born in sin, come on in)

..all new laws in America are created in support of:

1) big corporations
2) the police state / prison state
3) military industrial complex

and..
..*4) more restrictions/taxes/regulations against citizens

..all politicians are in on the above

Elements essential for life should always be convenient for humans...your acceptance of your slavery is apparently 'gleeful'.

If humans have to 'choose to live non-conveniently' in order to have free water, than those humans are not free...(the American way)

Well said!

Fact is, Americans are busy worrying about THEMSELVES and their stupid fkin Constitution (3/5 of a person? Really? FK YOU!) that they've lost sight of the fact that THOUSANDS of people die every year for lack of health care!! Selfish pieces of shyt!!

80% of the people that are forced to seek treatment at free or low cost clinics HAVE JOBS!!!!!!

This is the only industrialized nation that does not take care of it's people. And you wonder why we are the biggest fkin joke in the international community.

There are times when I'm embarrassed to say I'm an American. This is one of them.

I'm sick to death of mandates. It's unconstitutional. Come up with another way to give everyone coverage. Other countries have managed, follow their blueprint. I don't know about getting rid of malpractice insurance in order to bring down the cost of health care and make it more affordable for those without coverage....but it is something to weigh in on, again.

I get money taken out of my pay for retirement and it is mandated. While I like the idea of what it is their attempting to do. I think that fact that you mandate that kind of thing with adults who have their own minds is ridiculous. Pretty soon, we won't be in charge of our own person. We're already losing our free will.

..Hell..it's either accept the 'aid' or watch as America lies to it's citizens to force: regime changes, wars, conflicts, secret wars, military coups, localized civil unrest, forced concessions into two states (...often North and South), embargoes, sanctions, blocks on localized exports, etc...

Hell...these nations are afraid to not accept 'aid' from America..lol

If I was a head of a foreign state, I would accept 'aid' from America too...I know that means:(...allowing America's CIA and other covert agencies to run wild in my country, I know that means that I will either accept globalization; to include Westernized international commerce, I know that means accepting the American dollar which is backed by nothing, I know that means allowing free access and exchanges with America and her friends...regarding my nation's natural resources and other commodities, I know that means that I must accept an American embassy, their military bases, and their control of my air space as if their, I know that means that they can travel freely into my country particularly for business, but people of my nation will likely be added to 'no-fly lists', I know that means that I should allow secret 'rendition-fights and the allowance of secret prisons for America's CIA and so forth... I know that the means that I will have to accept the fact that my country can not develop nuclear power for peaceful means, I know that means that my nation should engage Christianity or else!...and that my nation has a Western looking democracy or else!... I know all of this...)

I know all of this is the only way, I and my nation can survive NAZI-America!

No where in the U.S. Constitution does it describe ANY individual as three fifths of a person. If you weren't full of sh/t (and twice as dumb) you would show some "proof" of this ridiculour Afro-engineered stupity.
But since you can't, you'll DEFLECT, with some ignorantassed chimpout about not having to prove anything to a cracker....lol.....
