It's good to know some young folks workout and take care of their bodies, but insanity...are you serious? lol.

A poster here by the name of Virgo, who used to be kinda cool until she started talkng nonsense, started a thread here last year about workouts. She too spoke of workouts that only young people could keep up with.

Where I'm getting to is, one day your going to wake up and say, "where did those last 20 years go", and you're not going to be able to keep up with these workouts you're advocating here without seeing a doctor first or risking your health. Then you're going to wish people advocate workout routines that you can do for your entire life, and not only for when your're young.

Ofcourse there's nothing wrong with advocating workouts that worked for you, but I wish more people here would advocated workout routines that a person could do for the rest of their life to stay fit and trim. Perhaps that's an individual thing. It seems like I went from working out two hours every evening, seven days a week, to barely walking my dog twenty minutes every evening. I know I slacked off over the years, and I know I can do better than this, but insanity?...not anytime soon. And I'm a male. Anyway, don't let me stop any of you from posting workout routines like I may have did on that last thread. But at the same time, I'm not sure if what I said really made a difference there, because those few females on that thread were talking about some routines that sounded even risky for young people. Perhaps that's why that thread didn't grow too long. Well, time to find some energy and walk my dog.

Good for you! I have been looking for another workout routine that fits. I'm actually very skinny recently, too skinny! I feel like a waif and I find nothing about that attractive. I used to have bigger boobs and a small waist, hips with a small, but cute booty. Now I'm a stick.:((((

If you just make your workouts gradual, where you do little proportions at a time you will do fine. And it's good to challenge your self to do more once you've mastered doing those workouts for a certain amount of time. Practice makes excellence.:) Your doing a great job applying yourself to working out, keep the good work and you'll do better and better each time!

Lol, I never thought in my mind that insanity was suppose to be a lifetime routine, lol. But simply something to make drastic but good changes to your body to excel. I am young and want to strive to reach my goal and that's his I am doing it.

Hmmm, that's a good idea to promote steady workouts that can expand for the rest of your life. Depending on your body condition don't do anything risky that can cause major injuries, in substitution, make healthier eating choices to get you going.

I understand your point and in the future I would love to help people of all ages live a life of simplicity, happiness and healthiness, especially for my AA community to break the poor eating habits we have.

Awwww, don't belittle yourself like that I know your a beautiful woman. We all have diverse body figures, some parts we like, some we dislike, and there's always workouts you can do to alter your body figure to your ideal body figure.

You want a nice booty, do squats to make them firm and thick.

Too skinny, eat a little bit more since your breasts consumes of fat (so they can grow a little)and jog to tone up your body to build a little muscle.

Lol, there's always ways to alter your body figure.^_^

LOL
Good points....
But I think it's almost natural perhaps "to slow it down" as we age..so it makes sense that people in their 20s will want to do something like insanity or Zumba..and then later on "decrease" the intensity of workouts (for most people)... I guess the key for lifetime fitness commitment is to start a habit of exercising as a lifestyle..

Wow, lol. Her pants are revealing lol. And I like her workouts. I'm going to add those to me exercise sequences. How many times to you do those in a month? And if you don't mind me asking, do you have a Facebook or something? You seem really cool to talk to.
