black women and arabic men...

are there black women out there currently in this kind of relationship?? or have you ever been in this type of relationship before?? Please share your experiences (both good and bad are much appreciated) ;-)

I can't speak for myself and I don't know if he was arabic but one of my best friends (black) dated a guy from Iran, and he was really hot they were together for almost a year but yeah I actually think that was one of her more happier relationships, she was just always on the move though so she always had a new b/f next time I talked to her I think that was just one of the longer ones she had

I don't know! I like Arabic women! I used to be Muslim and I find them a lot easier to get along with then the trditional American female! As for females dating Arabic men, I think it is possible to have a fulfilling relationship with one, but traditionally, they like their women more subservient, which is a part of their culture! I have a lot of Arabic friends who say that American women act like men! Meaning that they feel like they are too confrontational, and highly competitive, they say, as if the women are in some sort of contest with men, instead of in a relationship! But I think it depends on the right kind of Arabic man, some of them can be abusive(as SOME men can) but, because of the cultural differences, these differences can be a bit of an issue!

I defintely agree with you, I work at camino medical group where there are alot of araebic men and women who come the the clinic for treatment and most of them dont let their women talk when they have a billing concern, they are rude and cheap too!! I do the billing and I get calls everyday from them complaining about 5 dollors LOL... One time I had a araebic man confront me on $5 dollars and when I gave him to my manager jose which told him he owes the money he was happy to except and pay the bill! with no arguement at all, can you believe that, just because I am a woman and a black woman at that...

They believed that ALL of them are this way! And this is long before BET or rap became popular! I'm curious, who can we blame for the potrayal of black women in the media? I happen to think that it is the black womens' fault for putting themselves out there like that in the first place! Arabic men have this view of ALL darker skinned women! Just ask Kola Boof! She'll tell yyou!
