Every Halloween the coloreds in Detroit light fire to anything that will burn. They burn down their own homes that are being foreclosed on to swindle the insurance companies. Watching this you would think you were deep in the Congo. This is what happens when the coloreds are left unsupervised. Why do you black people act out this way? Why don't you people get civilized.

I always thought Devils Night in detroit was a White thing, a day of rioting for heavy metal, head banging types.

Below is how I know that you are not a home/property owner.

Now with your wayward thinking:
Why would you think that a person that owes a mortgage would get a payoff from the insurance companies, for an act of arson? Even if the arson is suspicious, insurance companies will not pay-out, it is then directed to the criminal justice system.

If a person has a mortgage they have to have insurance, for the amount that is of the loan on their home, if the house is totaled out by the insurance company,(by not an act of crime), the insurance company then pays off the mortgage company. Not the home owner.(Depends on if the home owner has coverage of his/her belongings within the home, that determines if the homeowner will get any form of a payoff, not by an act of noted crime).

FYI:
Banks have insurance on the vacant property within Detroit. Your ignorance seems to have you thinking that only Blacks-A/As can lite a match and commit an act of arson. If the property is not banked owned and owned by the City of Detroit, then the City of Detroit gets the insurance pay-off for the assessed value of the current property rates within that area. Of course, this is after a conclude investigation by the insurance company that no one within the City infrastructure has any other forms of ownership to the property.

There are a lot of old, vacated properties within Detroit that are owned by rich whites. They keep these properties to use as a tax write-offs. If the property is vacant and owned by an individual then yes, the insurance will pay off that individual, however the City of Detroit will charge that individual for the cost of tearing down the property, in which could range from $6,000+.

However, in the case of noted arson or suspicious arson on a mortgaged property, like I stated before; no MONIES are paid out.

Thus, as I've stated before; you are neither a property/home owner. You sit there showing your ignorance for the entire world to see by making your usual hate Black-A/As statement, and not realizing that you have made a total fool out of yourself by creating this thread. Hence: Most of the time when the media mentions Detroit; the media is adamant in pursuing the ongoing attacks against Blacks-A/As within this city.(I’ve have even noticed that when the media mentions something pertaining to Detroit, a lot of times it is in the suburbs of Detroit. In which, in a lot of this type of reporting the media’s might say “Metro Detroit” or just “Detroit”).
