Non blacks have pheomelanin that is light brown to yellow in color and reeks of sulfur, becomes carcinogenic under exposure to higher frequencies of light and has no light processing abilities, Eumelanin that black people have is dark brown to blue black, it has free radical purging abilities, it can absorb and project the entire electro magnetic spectrum, it has a sweet scent, processes light into sound energy, it has Black hole qualities as no light or energy are allowed to escape its absorption, light upon light. Look at you, there you go big boy, you're starting to use adult language, unfortunately for you all that us black have to do to avoid this minor problem is maybe a glass of milk, or anything else with vitamin d and out Eumelanin will not allow it to escape our bodies. Unlike Neanderthal hybrids/Europeans, whose body cannot process light into calcium, therefore the body depletes the bones of calcium in Caucasians, causing early osteoporosis or just a weak white man easily destroyed in hand to hand combat.

Vitamin D deficiency is called a “hidden epidemic” for darker-skinned people who have more melanin in the skin. High levels of melanin reduce the body’s ability to make vitamin D from sunlight exposure. In African-Americans it is called eumelanin.

Okay. Absolutely not true. Black people process vitamin D extremely well. It is through this process that the bones are maintained as the vitamin D is then converted into calcium (calcetriol), by the liver and some by the kidneys. This is why you never see an African or a African (black) American with osteoporosis. This is why I also believe that Ancient Africans (or Afrikans) never drank cow's milk or any animal milk for that matter, they never had to. This synthesis is also responsible for the lack of melanoma you see among blacks (or dark or black skinned people)

The reason why it seems that African (black) American people as well as those of us in European countries and Canada do not process vitamin D in our skin is because we are not in an environment were the sun's UV rays are intense enough. Our skins is nurtured by the sun, not damaged by it. LOL. We are not in our natural habitat, so our skin is not producing enough vitamin D. That is why as some of us get older, we have to take supplements or become in danger of developing weakness in the bones or osteoporosis. And even that takes a significant amount of time before it even happens, especially the osteoporosis.

Our skin actually operates at it's absolute best in higher and the highest UV rays possible, which is why you were put on that continent in the first place.:-) And also why it is such a tragedy to see black people put on sunscreen. If they only knew.

Great post. You would think most blacks would know this but they just aren't strong people for some reason.

All a bunch of obvious crap. Melanin has not given you any demonstrable advantage in soceity or even in world history. You are at the bottom rang in the Americas. And economically and in terms of literacy, and education, countires with people like you tend to be lagging behind everyone else. I'm sorry.

But I understand your desperation.

Also, blacks have to be careful of food products with calcium in them, as to much calcium will lead to too much being stored in the body and can cause kidney stones.

Then get out of a forum with a race of laggers. This does not even concern you in a thousand different ways.

I am trying to help you come to terms. It's first step in psychological emancipation.

Last I checked, brown hair and eyes were caused by eumelanin. And pheomelanin is also found in internal organs in all races. Blue eyes have brown eumelanin in such low quantities that they actually reflect blue light. Where did this false idea that races have only one type of melanin come from? We have several types in different quantities. Eumelanin comes in either black-brown or brown (in young europeans, it is often a lighter brown that develops into a darker brown as an adult). Pheomelanin is red-brown. Lipochrome is more of a yellow. Neuromelanin is more of grey color. It doesn't matter what race you are; you have several types of melanins in your body....Basic biological facts, people!

But it does matter, and there's only one race, liar.

It's documented but mostly swept under the rug that whites inherently have a damaged endocrine system. The endocrine system is enterlinked glands that produce hormones and enzyms that regulate everything from behavior, physical growth, sleep cycles/dreaming, aging and sexuality. The fact that White males lack in testosterone (leading some to become gay/effeminate) and need a host of supplements like Zoloft, saratonin and Viagra, etc to help treat a host of deficiencies/conditions, from bipolarism, schizophrenia, narcissism, narcolepsy, autism, erectile dysfunction, cataplexy, depression and sterility.

Among other far reaching implications, this means that many Whites lack natural affections/emotions and are prone to extreme deviant behaviors, which is why genocide, homosexuality, etc is so prevelant in White history/society.
