Do a lot of Hispanics look Asian?

I remember there was some furore with Hispanics upset that a white congresswoman (I think she was congresswoman) told a group of Hispanics at a college campus that some or quite a lot of them looked Asian.

Being from the UK I don't see many Hispanics here and the few that I do see sometimes look closer to European while others look what you would say, maybe, half Asian in terms of appearance.

What about the US where its full of Hispanics?

No but hispanic and asian mixed people are ugly, I seen one from time to time. lol

Well, they can look Asian or like Mexico Native- also they can look Black or fully White. They are usually mixed with Mexico Native and Spanish blood- with other mixtures of bloods too and known as Mestizo. That's the ones mostly around my area, in a U.S. state that borders Mexico. They mostly look like this (by far the most common look in the nation).

Most hispanics(mexicans, salvadorians, peruvian, puerto rican) are of native american heritage.; Native americans are asian (mongoloid) in descent, just thousands of years removed from Asia, geographically. just like black americans are removed from africa, so we look negro!

Most all the ones who come to the U.S. are about 50-60% Native and then mixed with Spanish and other bloods- so that's why they really don't look like Native Americans so much imo.

Interesting. We get more and more types of looks here all the time- don't know where a lot are coming from- just see them around- more in the Dallas and Houston area than my town.

probably from the east coast. most of the latinos here are puerto ricans and dominicans, or groups that look like them. and they have a very different look than mexicans who do have an asian look, imo. afro-latinos seem to be the dominant hispanic group around here.
