Whelp... Conservatives had a chance. This man (Marco Rubio) was your possible savior from the abyss that you were thrown into after the obliteration in the last election.

But instead he proves that conservatives don't need writers to make their own sitcom. Empty on substance and the same old tired talking points that since been proven time and time again that small government does not apply.

Take sip of some water folks and watch the show.

Conservatism... Rest In Peace.

Marco Rubio is not going to be anybody's savior now or in 2016. It is too early for the GOP to push the panic button. There will be at least three more State of the Union rebuttals until the GOP takes back the white house in January 2017. They don't care if Rubio falls flat on his face or not because he's not going to be their man anyway. They will be looking in earnest for someone who can defeat Hillary Clinton. She claims that she is not running but that is a lie. She will show up wearing bells and whistles when she throws her hat into the ring but she won't win. GOP 2016.

The GOP probably WANTED Rubio to fail so he could be kicked to the curb early and not have to be dealt with anymore to clear the way for a diligent search for a likeable bonafide candidate that actually has charisma and can appeal to the masses. He/she doesn't have to be particulary brilliant in any one aspect, just be able to be coached to excel at debates and read a teleprompter impressively. That formula worked for the Democrats and the GOP should not hesistate to take a page out of their book to adopt the same formula. Essentially, whatever it takes to get in the white house. The GOP needs to put their pride aside and do whatever works. It is obviously easier said than done.

Even from the UK we can see that Marco Rubio is not the guy the Reps, need.

Obama got in purely because virtually ALL Negroes and Mexicans voted for him, and the White folks couldn't stomach the thought of a Mormon President, the US is supposed to be a secular society but from across the pond we can see how important God is, especially the Christian one, people over here could not believe that any US party would select a Mormon as a potential potus.

The US, like the UK, is in for tough times and spoon-feeding the lazy and apathetic will greatly in-debt the US further, the country will have had enough of liberalism and socialism, just like the UK did, and vote for a successful economy, conservatism, a country gets strong and is built by more successful, hard-working people, it is not built by the lazy and the grasper's of hand-outs.
