Is Your Forum Infested With Trolls?

Trolls come in many shapes, sizes and colors. The following is my guide designed to help you recognize the Troll and show you how to deal with them. While Trolls can at times be entertaining, their over all disruption is hazardous to your thread in which case extermination is the best remedy....

The African American Forum has some trolls. I'm sure some of us can name them.

They remind me of the Republican's who can spend hours bashing Clinton and Obama, simply because they don't have many good things (no substance) to say about their candidate.

But yes, as we all know, our forum is infested with trolls, who don't have anything else better to do with their time than to troll around attention whoring, trying to incite division, and prevent communication amongst us blacks. This is why Topix needs to have a new rule enacted only allowing registered users to post and start polls, since all these unregistered troll users are able to come in our forum and post all the hateful comments about us blacks and abusing the hell out of the poll feature by creating these polls to insult us. It's so pathetic.

I wrote it and I completely agree! If registration was required to post, I think the trolling would be cut my a huge amount. Anonymity brings amazing courage doesn't it? LOL!

Exactly. These anonymous unregistered trolls are just cowards who love making these hit and run comments about us blacks but won't sign up to become a registered one. Probably because they don't see themselves trolling around in our forum all the time. We seriously need to enact a registered users only feature to cut down on the trolls, since they are turning our forum into a circus with their silly, pointless, attention whoring threads and polls.

Good post Brother Doby. The trolls are envious of the raise of Black and darker people. They hate to read about good news coming to the Black man and woman and have disrespectful comments on bad news. But still we rise! The last chapter of the Holy Quran warns us of such people, in these words: Holy Quran
113:1 Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of the dawn,
113:2 From the evil of that which He has created,
113:3 And from the evil of intense darkness, when it comes,
113:4 And from the evil of those who cast (evil suggestions) in firm resolutions,
113:5 And from the evil of the envier when he envies.

Yes despite running a "multi-billion dollar" investment firm that he owns singlehandedly. Doby the Doggie somehow finds the time to spend countless hours on the Topix message boards as well as writing rather lengthy articles such as this one. Most business owners that I know work 65+ hours a week. Oh, I forgot, Doby has a staff of several hundred to whom he delegates the work to.

And I worked far more than 65hrs a week and I did so in my industry for 18 years to get to the point where I can stay home! If you have an issue with that, all I ask is that you phrase it correctly. i'll do just that because i'm guilty as hell..but what do I do with my boredom because the negros, for me, are just as bad. They are just talking blackfaces in most instances and don’t want to discuss things pertainint to liberation only integration and aplogoies for their white folk friends.

I have two white friends i've known for a long, long time and I call their azz racist when they are being racist, which is most of the time. They don’t talk to me much, but hey that’s the price of being your own person.
