HOW TO STOP DISGUSTING THREADS

complain to topix..I have reported abuse about many posts and they NEVER get removed so reporting nasty posts don't seem to work. I wonder if there is another way we can get some attention to this forum???

Make positive threads that completely counter it, like the opposite of what it says. We can't be selective though, we have to get rid of all threads that degrade all races, only then can we start to get this forum back on track.

There are some very sick individuals using this site as a means to post some of the most vile, offensive, mean-spirited garbage you could ever imagine. Everyone has the option of not visiting these sites and Decent White and Black People as well as others should avoid them. However, these sick individuals also come into other sites for the express purpose of insulting people and being negative. They are not interested in civil behavior. If we can come up with ideas to block them so that people can have productive, civil conversations that would be great.

The only thing you can do is ignore or try and bump up old threads. But they are still going to create offensive and ridiculous threads. They live for that dumb schitt! It's annoying, for sure.

Well, let's try and make this one positive. When someone posts something offensive, write: BLOCK" That way people know this person is trouble. However, they use different screen names, come in nice and then boom! Personally, I think a lot of it is from nasty kids and some from seriously hateful kooks with too much time on their hands. I must admit, that I was taken in for awhile. You get so mad, that you feel you have to respond to them which is what they want. People could discuss their interests, books they read, plays they've seen, etc., we could have a wholesome thread which includes anyone with manners to participate. Any ideas? If so, let's go for it!

Don't know, most sites do- probably something real bad will have to happen and someone sues, etc. and maybe they'll add it. Right now, it's probably the selling point of the site, although, one time I tried to write things in all caps and it stopped me - oh well, has anyone read any of the following books and if so, what did you think of them:

This is true! I will try.........it does get hard at times. But i do like the word "Block"

We need an 'IGNORE' button, that is the solution,
trolls get power from responses, and especially if someone gets pi$$ed, that's the surest way of keeping trolls around, respond to all of them, and let them upset you, it has to do with the attraction theory, the more you resist trolls by arguing with them, the closer you draw them into your life. What else can I say, I'll bet nothing changes, life goes on.
